Last year I had some work done at Collision Pro after a hit and run and they did a great job. I recently went back to them for an estimate on a paint job as I have some rust developing. Instead of just taking my money they advised me not to bother repainting as it would be many years before the rust became an issue (beyond anything cosmetic). Basically they saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of having my car in the shop for unnecessary work, and I appreciate their transparency!

Awesome staff woth an above and beyond work ethic that approaches you like family from day one. Speaking a family, this is a family run business with the professionalism of a big chain shop. It's probably the last of its kind but survived the years, which should really tell you something about how special the people are here and just how outstanding the level of awesome work is being performed daily. If you have to wait more time than estimated, it's because they will not let anything go until the work has passed the rigorous high standard put forth by the highly skilled and professional crew. They loterally bend over backwards to help you out in anyway possible.

My new 2023 car hit a small, wild animal that darted out in front of us while I was traveling 50 mph on a major thoroughfare. The animal caused over $2000.00 worth of damage. The front office and customer relations specialist (Lexi) took great care of me/us right from the start. She was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our estimator and case lead (Byron) was meticulous. He went over every detail with us and kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process. He reassured me my car would be returned to us looking "brand new" and boy did he and his folks deliver! He and his crew at Collision Pro made it not only look brand new, but also made it look like it never even happened. Seamless, flawless workmanship. Thank you so much to all of the folks who worked on my vehicle. You take great care and pride in your work and it shows! You set the standards very high for this industry. We highly recommend this business. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Thanks again!

This shop has serious integrity and customer service issues. I brought my mustang here because I’ve seen many beautiful mustangs out front which brought me to believe they would most likely take care of mine. I was wrong. The body repairs from my accident were generally okay. Although, they were not careful and broke the tabs that hold the bumper on and when confronted about it, they claimed it came in that way. It clearly did not. I shrugged it off and took the vehicle home. At night I noticed my headlights were malfunctioning so I returned with the vehicle. One of the workers asked if they had notified me that they had ran over and ripped my wiring harness while moving the car to the body shop. I was not made aware of that but they said they would fix it for me. Fast forward a few months and I am having the same headlight issues so I take the vehicle to ford directly and they show me 5 different points with exposed wires, as well as 5 points where they cut and spliced the harness incorrectly. This shop should not be trusted.Services: Painting

Expressed concerns about wanting paint to MATCH. Painter looked at the truck and appears to have determined the wrong color. Front and rear bumper and door handles completely wrong shade. Paint job is okay. But color matching is bad. If you care about how your vehicle looks this is not the place for you.
