“I’ve been here twice and my first time I actually was pregnant at 19 but ended it with abortion and they were helpful and even called to check back. I would come back here again for confirmation during my next pregnancy!!”

“1st time filing unemployment

- This is not a VEC. There are no longer physical VEC offices - Confirmed by the staff at this location

- I received the clarification I was looking for with my unemployment benefits denial decision

- I also got a plan of action to do so:
1. Gather pay stubs & W2’s
2. Driver’s License
3. VEC denial decision letter
4. Fax to the number on the decision letter received

The above steps seem obvious, but not from the VEC decision letter.

I give this place a high rating because of the service I received from Angela. I went in knowing this wasn’t an actual VEC location, based on the latest reviews. But, help is help, and I’m happy to take what I can, and go from there. Angela gave me the best clarification she could without speaking on behalf of the VEC, and gave me a clear cut plan of action to get things moving.

In conclusion, yes, this is not a VEC location, nor can they do anything about the decisions delivered. But, my experience was of people that wanted to help. That was sufficient enough for my current state of things.”
