Came into Crocs for a specific buy. I was asked by Brandi if i needed help with anything. She was able to show me everything i was looking for AND more! She was very patient as I tried out a lot of different styles, never rushed me and made the whole shopping process very smooth. It was a great experience! I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service! Will definitely be coming back ! Thank You Brandi!!

I got Crocs for my daughter from the Woodbridge store. The crocs were too big. All i wanted to do was to change the size and the store refused to make the exchange for a $50 pair of crocs. I had the receipt, asked to talk to the manager and was told this its a collaboration shoe and could not be exchanged.
Buyers be aware of buying crocs at this store. I know I will never be going back.

So why 3 stars? Let me tell you that I was buying crocs charms and they were on sale, then minutes later I payed the charms and then I didn’t feel like the charms are good, so I went back and try to return the charms, but they wouldn’t let me, so I talked to the manager and argued with me about how the sale is final, and what I want to fix about this is, the manager should show compassion to the customers and at least put a sign that says no returns. But overall the charms has a good price. (I might not come back if this does not be fixed)
