I have been using this CVS IN DALE BLVD since 1986, never had an issue until recently. I purchased a prescription from the pharmacy online and paid for it online. I sent my daughter to pick it up with the prepaid code and a picture of being paid. When my daughter got there they told her that they couldn't find the transaction on their system, that I had to call Corporate to get a refund because my daughter had to pay again for it. They ran her credit card and told her that it didn't go through. She gave them another card and they ended up charging her twice. I called corporate for my refund and they said that they were able to see the transaction on their end, that they will refund my money. Corporate said it will take 3 to 5 days. This happened October 27, today is November 12 and no refund from Corporate. I'm really disappointed at this CVS, there is a few people that work there that are excellent at their job like the young man name Kevin, he should be the store manager.

Worst pharmacy ever, If you want to wait drive thru or in the store to pick up your medicine, they take 30min to assist per customer; they’re soo slow!

If you need something at the pharmacy counter, best to make sure they have it ahead of time. Seems like sometimes they are so busy that things get misplaced even such as when I had to stand and wait about 15 minutes for them to find a prescription that had been there, for at least one day!The only other problem is about the store in general has very dirty carpets! I remember walking down one aisle that actually smelled bad!

Today while picking up a prescription from CVS Pharmacy on Dale Boulevard, where I have been a customer for over 17 years, I was treated so unprofessionally and poorly by one new member that I will be transferring my pharmacy needs to Wegmans. Customer Service is basic courtesy.

Absolutely not, no. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. On top of everything, these stupid women can barely speak English. I couldn't even understand half of her terrible customer service. The thing that was most infuriating was that the "woman" if you could call her that had the audacity to laugh when asking her a medical question. CVS cares? What a complete and total bullshit lie. Take my advice, steer clear from this group of disrespectful peasants who forget that we are the reason they receive a paycheck.

Very bad customer service. Went for a Covid booster shot and they would not give me one even though the pharmacist was on duty and there was NO line at all. I got my other Covid shots here without any issues. Today was not their day to give good customer service.

Staff is always super nice! I have seen so many of the employees get harassed and yelled at but they still are kind and helpful. I couldn't do it. They're great, thanks cvs for always filling my mood stabilizers so I don't go crazy

This is a nice location compared to the other CVS near me. There were more make-up brands stocked here and more staff to help as needed.Parking was easy and the store was clean (not immaculate, but not messy).

Good CVS mart. Has sweets, office supplies, soda and a photo-station. It was tough making a turn into here, to park. Even worse with vehicles half each in 2 spots! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend for quick errands.4

I’m at 37 minutes still on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone ...the pharmacy at this location is horrible. I’ve never seen any other location this bad ever.

I called the pharmacy at 10:30am and a man picked up and ask me to hold. The call was cut off and when I called back, I was automatically placed on hold for 20 minutes until he answered the call again. If he was alone I understand but it's still unacceptable and cvs pharmacy should make sure they're staffed correctly.
