I was on the phone for about an hour and a half. Over an hour of that on hold. I get being busy and low staff, but at the very least you pick up the phone and tell the customer something along the lines "can you please hold" you know? Acknowledge me at the VERY least.. Also don't use being busy as an excuse for your employees to ignore the phone for over an hour. At least speak and tell/ask us to hold. If you got so many new people training at least teach one how to ask a customer to hold....

Review is particular to the pharmacy. I've been in the area for about a month. I've had different prescriptions issued during this time, and each time I've called and attempted to have prescriptions transferred here, not once has the phone been picked up -- NOT ONCE! I've had to have my prescriptions transferred to the CVS twice the distance from here because this pharmacy doesn't seem to have a tiny bit of customer service.

Having to drive from out of town to come and fill a prescription here because it's the only pharmacy that has the medication in the whole area. In my car with my small, sick child, hand over the paper prescription, an individual takes down the info and tells me 2 hours. I come back after 2.5 hours and they never filed the prescription and then they have the nerve to tell me I have to wait another 30 min for them to fill the prescription!? I asked for the pharmacist or manager to come and explain, and they brushed me off and told me to come back if I want the prescription. The epitome of poor management and lack of accountability. How about some empathy and admitting you were wrong, instead of blatant nonchalance.

Today was last straw. They change medication strengths somehow and are rude about it. We know what prescriptions our son is supposed to be on and their strength. Waited in line more than 30 minutes a few days ago just to be told script would be ready next day. Went today and they have it on hold and with wrong strength. We are done with this missmanaged, understaffed store with rude employees

Currently, the service provided by the pharmacy is acceptable. However, until recently this location was staffed mostly by unkind, unsympathetic, almost hostile staff with frequent turnover. That has been the reality for many years. One aspect has not changed.and that is the pricing throughout the store. Comparison pricing consistently reveals that an identical item, even when the price is reduced, is priced much higher than at other stores. The bottom line: don't buy items in the store unless you want to spend too much.

I am on hold for far too long (I usually hangup after 15 minutes) to speak to the Pharmacy concerning my medications. I have been with this Pharmacy for six months and so far my experience has been very disappointing. I don't blame the staff but the management and the cumbersome automated phone system have completely shattered the consumer focus that I believe CVS Corporate hopes to maintain. I'm frankly shocked that a major corporation like CVS would not see the poor performance of this store and the Pharmacy in particular. I would definitely recommend choosing another Pharmacy if you are not yet associated with CVS Touchstone Circle. Sorry to have to be so blunt but you have to call it like it is. Very disappointed in the lack of customer support.

This pharmacy is slow to help people, whether over the phone or to attend you at the counter. They're understaffed and you can feel ignored. I've experienced long drive-thru lines before as well. They're also more expensive. I gave 2 stars only because they do give the correct meds to us. I'm about to take my business to Walmart or Giant, and I would advise others to do the same.

Had to go one more time here, hesitantly, and agaiin, they screwed up. IF YOU NEED MEDICINE ON TIME AND CORRECTLY FILLED , do not go here. Had at least 6 issues over the last few months. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to....

Nothing has changed with Touchstone Circle CVS in fact it's gotten worse. They don't have permanent pharmacy staff so everyone is a floater. Sometimes you will get someone who is super sweet and helpful and other times you barely get acknowledged. They stay backed up and I don't mean a few hours or a day or two. I'm talking a week plus. I've received text messages that my prescription is ready and then I get there and I'm told it's out of stock AND they don't know when the truck is coming in with the shipment. I've also been called to pickup prescriptions that have been filled and have been sitting there ready for pickup and they weren't even for me.... now that's scary!

2 stars only because they carry the prescriptions I need and I'm sensitive on brands. It's incredible to fathom, but somehow I think the pharmacy has even gotten worse in the last few months. The last 2 refills my doctor has sent over, after 3 days I'll call to check if it's ready and the automated messaging system will tell me it's currently being processed. After 3 days?!? So then I have to subject myself to waiting a ridiculously long time on the phone to talk to one of their pharmacists, which at least half of them are pretty curt. All in all, just a miserable process to get a simple prescription refill. I seriously dread it every time.

The pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending. I tried to explain my issue to him, he cut off and was very dismissive. He needs to work on his professionalism, customer service and communication skills.
