I love love love the staff that works at this location. They are truly the best. Been going there over a year and not once have I had any issues.

I recently visited Tucker’s Mill Pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service I received. Pharmacist Berhanu Dessia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided clear and helpful advice. His dedication to customer care was evident, making my experience at Tucker’s Mill Pharmacy outstanding. I highly recommend their services and commend Berhanu Dessia for his exceptional work! Thank you, Berhanu, for your outstanding service!

Samantha was rude and her attitude downright sucks. I came for prescription pick up. Explained that I using a good Rx discount that needs to be scanned instead of insurance. She said in a harsh disrespectful tone to ‘go to the drop office section. I can’t do it here!’I was then assisted by a nice young lady with no attitude and helpful and listened to me vent about Samantha. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She was Hispanic , shorter and wore glasses. Thank you for professionalism! Then spoke to the manager , Scott I believe his name was regarding Samantha’s unprofessionalism. He apologized and said will report it to her pharmacy manager. Which I hope is the case. Working with the public 101 is good attitude. Samantha needs to check herself

This place need an accountable manager. I dislike the fact that every time I go for pick up my meds there are different faces each time that’s explains why. All technician needs major help, yesterday Hania was so rude and today she also showed her attitude and said “if you don’t like it then go somewhere else that’s so unprofessional, this is my neighborhood so she can’t tell me that. She didn’t give me my med saying it need prior authorization when it doesn’t and the same seat a different lady(dark skin not sure her name) was able to dispense the med in fact all 3of my meds. I can’t believe her she definitely need training, very disappointed with her rude and unprofessionalism. Definitely need to approach with the manager.

I use the CVS pharmacy for my Father. I have never had an issue with the pharmacy or the staff ever. They have always been very nice and helpful.

Review is for the pharmacy only. I've been in the area for about a month and have had to have various prescriptions transferred somewhere closer to me. The pharmacy on Touchstone Cir has not bothered to pick up their phone once, but this pharmacy has always picked up, even while busy and short-staffed. Says a lot about their level of customer service. Thank you!

I lost my wallet few weeks back, when I went to pick up medication from the pharmacy. The cashier lady at the front was very patient and helpful. The pharmacy I will give one star if I have the chance, I called countless time , they never pick up the phone, when I went there , she didn’t even listen to what I have to say, very rude of her.

It takes 15 minutes to listen to recorded messages repeat themselves and then it takes a 1/2 hour for pharmacist to answer the phone and then when they do they don't care one way or the other
