Michael was very helpful and courteous. He noticed that I was delayed at the self-checkout, so he came over and took my purchase at his register. He did all this without me or the machine calling for assistance, just through his observation. Thank you Michael for providing an awesome customer service. Of course, the coupons were great too.

Arrived at this CVS store at 10:48pm this evening to pick up some much needed allergy medicine. The advertised closing time of the store is 11pm. I walked up to the door the first set of doors did not open. The second set of doors were still open. The store should remain open to customers until the closing time they advertise. Now I have to drive further to a 24 hour store for my medication.

I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy for a couple of years and have always had a positive experience. The pharmacist Berhanu is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He takes the time to answer all my questions and provide clear explanations about my medications. I trust his expertise and appreciate his attention to detail. The overall service at this pharmacy is excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a caring and competent pharmacist.

Tiyona should be commended for excellent customer service. When our doctor sent our prescriptions to the wrong CVS, she volunteered to have them transferred and they were ready for pickup when she said they would be. She could have referred me back to the physician. Tiyana took the extra step to meet a customer's needs and I appreciate her.

Three employees working and not greeted by any. I had to search for what I was looking for, didn’t find it and shelves were bare. The heavier dude at the register had small talk amongst the other 2 workers and other customers but not me. Seemed a bit much and chatty. I generally don’t go to cvs much unless I’m picking up my prescription. The man at the pharmacy had a comment ‘ oh, well it’s a pharmacy.’ after I mentioned I had forgotten there were a lot of questions on the pin pad. There’s certain things that do not need to be said . I definitely see why the rating is low at this location. Unorganized and unhelpful staff primarily at the front.
