Closing hours are horrible. You do know people get off at 6 or 7 from work and need medication.

I take back everything I’ve ever said about this pharmacy. When the regular pharmacist is there, this place runs so smoothly. I’ve tried at least 5 CVS pharmacies in VA within the last few days. I finally gave up and decided to wait until I could come home to my regular pharmacy. They took care of the transfers. I called to be sure my prescriptions were filled and 2 were still not released from the Fredericksburg location. The woman up front was very apologetic and left the register to take care of it right away. I’m very grateful to her for that. After feeling terrible for the past few days and having to do lots of running around over these prescriptions, my home pharmacy was able to get it resolved for me and I left with them. That is the level of customer service I expect and appreciate!

I had a good first impression of this CVS location where I went to pick up my meds. It is a pharmacy-only branch of CVS that is inside a Target store where just about everything else can be found. A useful combination, convenient for customers. The pharmacist was professional and courteous. She handled my insurance quickly although it was my first time visiting there.

I have mult medical conditions requiring mult scripts often. The entire pharmacy staff is not only sympathetic to my needs, as I cannot stand long so they know if I can't wait in line to hold my place while I sit, they help me w refills that are running out that I don't think about as I have so many I can't keep up, they have had to deal with my drs and ins to help get my meds I need and they stay on top of any issues that arise and do all they can to take pressure I can't handle off me, I am so appreciative of and for them being there, I have such a difficult time already and they are so compassionate and reliable, going above and beyond, they obviously know me by now as I'd transfered there when I moved years ago and so they have my records and history and since I have to go in often or have someone else go in for me they know immediately who we are and what we need before we would normally have to ask/explain. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional service and with my disabilities, it is not only a matter of being helpful, but a matter of medical necessity that I am unable to take care of myself or know how, which would trigger more medical issues, especially if I don't get my needed meds in time makes all worse, they are truly angels! I can't say enough, there are no words to describe how they help me survive each day and take such great care of my medicinal needs knowing for me it is a matter of life and death whether I have my meds or not and that they help as much as they can and stay familiar with my many illnesses thus able to help with. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE STAFF THERE! I'D NAME YOU BUT I'M AFRAID I'D FORGET SOME AND THERE'S AT LEAST 1 NEW GUY LOL BUT HE'S BEEN AWESOME TOO!
