Manager (female with head garb) was absolutely unwilling to help me in any way research why a refund was never applied -- then tried to lure me into a very serious confrontation that could’ve ended up physical.
The employees here are horrible; it's a very trashy store.
Time to get new management.

It is really a very comfortable place to buy my pharmacy and that of my family, excellent customer service, I find what I am looking for in the right place in the pharmacy and its staff, very efficient, the offers I receive when using my CVS card, I like it a lot and even more when The product is from CVS, the truth is I would not stop buying at CVS

Man the whole pharmacy down for a hr n half break like everybody got to go on break at once that crazy .i came back n sat n the drive for almost 45 min I took so long my wife thought I went somewhere else smh terrible

Poor customer service Indians driver thru. This store allows customers to stand in long lines utilizing just one register. There is no acknowledgment of a growing line.

First time coming to this location and what a sad disappointment of costumer service. Some old guy employee was extremely rude towards I guess bc we are people of color. Yall need to hire more damn people so ur employees aren’t stressing. Also make the damn lines more clearer so us dumb people can understand what line to go to. Yelling at us to go to line like what line the self check out line?? So what we can hold people off while we wait? And y’all don’t have no damn employees in the cash register either. What line? I only saw a line for self check out and the cash register nothing for photos. So rude and racist sad very disappointing don’t come here you’ll get treated badly for being people of color.

Thank you so much Mr Rahman for the outstanding customer service, I think you were working by yourself! Yet you greeted every customer including me with smile and asked me if I need any help! You did helped me with my purchase and all the items I needed were in stock!
You found my printed order and made my check out easy and fast while you were assist and great the other customers.
It’s always great to have employees who cares and respect their job/company and their customers.
Please keep the amazing customer service up!
Have always shopped in this cvs and loved the location but what it makes it matter more is the employee who is helpful and knowledgeable with great welcoming customer service.
