The business is very clean, well maintained, and family friendly, though small. The owner is super nice and helpful, and the courteous staff helps facilitate. A patient and kind employee helped a customer figure out the card machine, which accepts credit cards after purchasing a card. The drop off service is quite convenient and is priced by pound; it was a Godsend for someone who was sick and needed to take care of laundry. Customers can be in/out within 2 hours for wash/dry/fold with assistance to load a car. The business puts ticky notes on machines that are not working. Great price to wash big loads and they even give credit to dry for free. A customer noted that rugs were a bit damp and knows to request extra drying time next time.

The drop off service is quite convenient if you got a number of errands to run. I dropped off bathroom runner rugs which were too much for my washer and dryer. I would have given 5 dtsrs if the rugs weren't a bit damp when I picked them up. Next time, I know to request extra drying time.

In /out within 2h every single time that includes wash/dry/fold and assistance to load my car. Large capacity machines available and in good working condition.
The drop off service, which is by pound, was a Godsend especially when I was sick and needed to take care of my 76yo mother’s laundry as well.
