Really poor customer service. Made an appointment with a stylist for an hour- but didn't even need to, as we did everything ourselves. Got there and the check in girl was nice. Then we were completely on our own for the rest of the time. Had to ask where the fitting rooms were. Had to ask for a chair. Not ONE employee offered to help us, asked us questions, etc. there was one group of 4 girls trying on dresses. Both employees were standing watching them. What's the point of calling and confirming our appointment earlier that day, if you're just going to stand there and do nothing? They weren't interested in making a sale or assisting at all.

My experience was very neutral. Not good not bad. I was the MOH to my best friend. We got there and they couldn't find the appointment which I had confirmed via text and over the phone. Then they got us in about 15 minutes late; around 1040am. The consultant was very nice but she definitely had a motive of selling a dress that day. We were there to help the bride find out what she liked and wanted...if she found THE dress, that was a bonus. The consultant did not fit with that mentality. She wanted us to find a dress and buy it, end of story. The most annoying part of the appointment was that at 1140 the consultant was like "ohkay only one more dress then we have to get you quotes and wrap up" we were suppose to get an hour and a half and they definitely were pushing us out (ahead of time) and wheb they got us in late. The consultant, like I said before, was nice. She wasn't rude about anything she just didn't seem very 'Bride focused', Noone there did. This was a very different experience from when I was dress shopping for my wedding. I was there for about 2.5 hours. They didn't try to push me out they were very 'we just want the bride to be happy'. That was 2 years ago and the atmosphere has just completely changed. Like I said not great but not bad either. It could have been better.

The woman who helped us was gone for about 90% of our appointment trying to find dresses. She seemed overwhelmed and was not there to help our bride in and out of her dresses. Her bridal party did the work she should've been doing. It was a very disappointing appointment.

I made an appointment for a Saturday at 1:30pm. When we arrived they were jam packed. My group just kind of hovered over all dressed (amongst other groups at the front). It was my first bridal fitting so I had different expectations in mind. Instead of taking us somewhere to set our things down, give my family somewhere to sit and wait for me (dressing room area) we all stood at the main entrance as my stylist just said pick a few dresses out and I will too. She asked me for inspo pics at least. When we compiled a list of a few dresses we made our way back to the dressing room and she just threw me in the first open one. My family had nowhere to sit or even stand so again they were hovering and felt uncomfortable and in the way. In the middle of me changing my stylist moved me to another room so mid-change I changed dressing rooms with a little more room. Overall, too crowded and no personalization and if you’re searching for the sit down and observe while your bride tries on dresses.. it’s not the place, go to a boutique instead. I recommend Labella in Occoquan. That was excellent service!My stylist, Delmy, now while she’s a super nice girl… this was not something she genuinely enjoys. You can tell when someone has a passion for the job and when it is just a job. Again, if you want a personalized experience and someone to give you concrete feedback but also boost and hype you up, this is not the place.Overall, I would give this place a 0. When you go in the store it looks like it’s a liquidation store. They don’t even have their own Davids Bridal signs hanging up and it looks like they’re in the middle of moving. I don’t know if they are closing down?The prices of the dresses were MORE than I found at a boutique. And the boutique dresses had tons more detail. Especially the style I wanted. IJust don’t waste your time. The staff is nice but it’s not a passion of theirs and they will make it or break it for your dress. They are a big part of the decision making and assistance but not at David’s bridal. Save your time and money. I do not recommend!

Not a great experience. There wasn't a lot of bridesmaid dresses to choose from in my size to try on and the sales associate told me the color (Sienna) was being discontinued, but when I called another store they said that wasn't true... all around not a great appointment. I'm going to try another location.

A couple months ago after much hesitation (every girl has high hopes for her wedding dress and as a plus-size woman I was worried I wouldn’t find one that I genuinely liked on myself) I finally made an appointment to find my wedding dress (the big day is June 22nd this coming year so better late than never ??), mainly out of fear that it was getting to the point where I might not have one in time. I was NOT looking forward to it. My aunt worked at a bridal boutique for years and told me that I should go in with an open mind and try on a little bit of everything because you never know what might end up being the one you like best. Going into the store with zero expectations and ideas definitely did not make me the easiest bride ? And when I booked my appointment online, it looked like I really only had the slot for about an hour and I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to accomplish what I needed to in that amount of time. I was lucky enough to have Samar as my consultant and she truly went above and beyond! Not once did I feel rushed and she happily helped me find dresses that I wasn’t even certain would be my style just so I could get the experience. She devoted almost 3 hours to me and my family and friends And I left that day with truly my dream dress. Had I known how wonderful, kind, and supportive everyone would be at David’s bridal I would have made this appointment the day after I got engaged. Not only did I find the dream dress but the right of passage that is finding your wedding dress was truly also my dream experience. I would give more than five stars if I could! ❤️

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by not just one individual and was directed to what I was looking for. Once I went to the dressing room, I was asked what size and any particular color I was looking for. Five lovely dresses were brought to me at the dressing room (this a nice room) (felt like V.I.P). Out of the five items I was given I actually brought four dresses (needed one for a function, floor length gown), a pair of shoes, bag and jewelry. This will be my go-to store for formal, party, etc., as this was the best experience, I had shopping for dresses and at a great price.

I bought a dress outside of David’s bridal and had to have it altered. Lenore was awesome!!! I cannot tell you enough about her expertise and experience. She is definitely a gem that cannot be passed up, when altering your dress. I am a large busted lady and finding someone who understands how to alter a dress for a body shape like mine is crazy hard. Lenore knew her way around the dress to get it to fit me correctly. When she was done I had not only a bust line but a waist line, too!! This is very hard to accomplish when you’re as large busted as I am. For Lenore it was a walk in the park. She went the extra mile to assure I had what I needed, I felt good in my choices, and she provided me with the little extras that made all the difference in the world.She was very much customer centered, a hard worker with an expertise unmatched, which created an experience I will never forget. Thank you so much Lenore you will never know how much this meant to me. I will look my finest at my sons wedding bc of you!! You’re truly the best of the best!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for a job well done, a cut above and beyond the rest, and for creating an experience that I will never forget!!!! <3

My daughter and I came in to find a formal dress for her husband's dinner party/awards banquet. The salesperson was very helpful and we found a beautiful dress within minutes. Thank you for your great customer service!

I went to David’s bridal three times and on the third time I finally got a stylist who understood my direction and my pockets!!! Tomasina is the absolute best at advocating for the bride helping my voice in my dress given my wedding is in less then a week!!!! I’m so grateful

A few months ago I made an appointment to look for my ?♂️ dress (civil ceremony). I am new here in the country, the girls were very friendly, they speak Spanish, they are very patient and willing with an excellent attitude.I also bought my shoes there. You can find everything you need in terms of wardrobe for the bride and guests, they have beautiful dresses for mothers, bridesmaids.The dress is delivered very well packaged.???
