Please tell your employees to not invade our space when we're trying to shop and not just walk in front of us and put something up without saying excuse me as we're looking at the clothing. This has happened to me three times. This last time was today August 15th 2025 at around 4:30 in dress area. I am alive and I matter. There's a reason why they had a 6-ft rule back when covid happened.

Associate 2524032 gave a hard time to return a box of cookies she said we don’t take it back then she called for the manager and she said we can return and the cashier made us go back in line I spent $1500 in last one week poor customer service.

Usually, I give this store a good rating but today it gets a 1 star. I was checking out at the register and the cashier took the sensor off a shirt that I was purchasing and when I picked the shirt up it still had the pin to the sensor inside the shirt and I got stuck. I gave the pin back to the cashier and told her I had gotten stuck. She took the pin and did not say a word. She could have at least asked if I was ok or needed a bandaid or anything. She just kept ringing my merchandise. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Screaming children, disinterested staff and closed fitting rooms.
I'm guessing the staff that used to be good found other jobs. The staff that were working on Thursday night were awful. The one worker I saw was on the phone the entire time and was nowhere in sight when there were long lines of people trying to check out. I heard her laugh to her co-worker on the phone saying, "I'm at work and I can't really talk right now as she abandoned customers on the floor." The dressing rooms in the back closed early so there were only two available at the very front of the store. And some child was screaming at the top of his lungs and blocking doors to the entrance and exits the entire time I was in the store and no one seemed to have any problem with the child blocking the exits and entrances and then running around the store throwing merchandise everywhere for over 30 minutes.
It was AWFUL. But, please don't let me forget to mention the young man in his twenties popping his acne onto a mirror for sale in the beauty department and the air conditioning wasn't turned on despite temperatures in the upper 80's and low 90's that day.
