Why are the doors locked 10 minutes before closing? Employees present at register , having a causal conversation. This is so unprofessional. Worst Location.

The old white lady who works here was very rude to my friends and me. We asked for a bag and she said no its been a policy then called us weird for asking.. even the customer behind us noticed how rude she was
