The old white lady who works here was very rude to my friends and me. We asked for a bag and she said no its been a policy then called us weird for asking.. even the customer behind us noticed how rude she was

This store consistently closes before it’s posted hour of 10 pm. I just came here at 9:50 pm for 1 item, which I knew exactly where it was, and I would’ve taken less than 2 minutes depending on how long the check out took. But I was met at the door by an associate who was locking it.
I explained that I needed only 1 item, and that I would be fast, but he just kept repeating “We’re closed.” He said it again when I said, “But it isn’t even 10pm yet.”
I get that it’s been a long day, and that they are probably understaffed, but don’t they want the sale? And this is not the first time this has happened at this store. One time it was 9:45pm. Should I go earlier? Sure.
But once in a while stuff just happens, and you have to do something in a hurry.
I’ll make my purchase elsewhere.

Popped in for a couple items and the store looks like it’s been ransacked….. barely anything on the shelves. I asked the clerk if they had any snow shovels. “Shrugs” asked clerk if they had any toothpaste (since the shelf was bare) “Shrugs”. Do not stop here.

Been here multiple times, and dealt with multiple staff. From management all the way down, they have the most rude employees. If you ask any question about a product (I.e. the tag says it’s on sale, but it’s ringing as regular price), they automatically have an attitude. They also don’t understand dollar general couponing policies. They always say incorrect information about couponing. And if you do use a coupon, that is automatic trigger for all the staff. I have never been greeted with a smile by any of these staff.

The store is in bad shape. They have little to none in stock. The manager Tish is super rude and has an attitude all the time. They close at 10 pm on the weekdays however sometimes they close when ever they want. I have gone and the store was closed an hour early. One time I went and it was 5 mins to closing and they said they were closed when I walked in. If managed better, had more items in stock, better employees this place would not be bad. It’s in a hot spot area could have potential for better

All employees are rude. Every single employee was high and you can smell weed inside the store. All store looks like a dump and when you ask a question they ignore you. Never go to this store. It looks like a dump.

It's obvious this store is understaffed. I only ever see one person that runs cashier and they are often in the aisle restocking. Customers are the issue here... They ransack and destroy an aisle as soon as it's put together. It's embarrassing. They just added a scrapbooking and journal aisle with crafts and people have picked up stuff here and put it back there. It's like that all over the store. Or they let their kids run wild. The prices often differ (by less than a dollar) (not in ur favor) on the shelf, the app, and checkout. I've submitted several emails about discrepancies and did receive a call from the regional director however he couldn't have been too concerned about what I had to say bc he never answered my calls or returned them after he'd made one attempt and left a message asking me to contact him. Sometimes I will spend 20-30 min standing in an area of an aisle straightening stuff up, my ocd won't let me go unless I contribute lol. If we all took 5 min and didn't wreck it in between it would be or could be an excellent store
