Around 3:45 on Sunday July 13, 2025, I came here and the cashier, a young male with dark hair, didn't even say hello or acknowledge me as he rang up my items. he just said the price. I told him that since he can't even acknowledge the human in front of him, he's causing others to lose jobs because they will replace him with machines. he said he didn't care. there was another lady there that was an employee that witnessed all of that.

I have noticed that they're isn't alot of boxes blocking the aisle anymore so guess that's good. Just need to open another register when you are backed up.

Store will never be as good as it was back in 2014/2015! Mangement and employees were on point! Store was always stocked and organized. Now it's never the same day to day. Never know what you will walk into or what smell (weed) or disposition you will get! The location on Worth Ave. Is any even worse mess!

I came here around 1:15 on Sunday January 12, 2025. I was serviced by a female employee with very long eyelashes and told her It bothers me that every time I come in here I smell weed. I told the attendant and her response was it doesn't bother her. I told her well obviously she don't care about her customers who complain and will give her a one-star review. Her response was she only works there part-time and she doesn't care.

A very bad customer service, the first time I thought the person (maybe manager) was having a bad day, but the 2nd day she was acting the same. My son touched the ball and she started “ No you dont play with that in the storeeee!!!!” This is in storeeee!!! Unless you buy it from the store!!!

Horrible service ! The manager is very rude and she is accusing kids of messing up the store. However the store was already a mess before the kids walked in.
