My granddaughter and I visited the Woodbridge DSW. We have visited many DSW stores before and always had great customer service. However, the Woodbridge location was a complete disappointment. There was NO ONE available to assist us. The only person in the store, that we could see, was the cashier.
When we asked her could she call someone to give us some assistance, she got on what appeared to be her microphone and made a call. Noone showed up. We were in search of a particular Nike sneaker that we saw on the shelf, in 3 different sizes and colors. When we returned to the cashier, to ask for assistance once again, we were told that the manager was in the back “doing paperwork”. I asked her to please contact her. Her response, “if the shoes you want are not out, there are no shoes in the back”. She was not rude, but this was not helpful.
We actually wanted to have a detailed conversation about ordering the 3 pair of shoes we wanted, in 2 different colors, (6 pair in all).
Completely dissatisfied, we abruptly walked out the store, and purchased our sneakers else wear. We won’t be back to this location.

Needed a good pair of sneakers & decided to try DSW. All brands were there and difft types of sneakers. Found the one that was comfy and good fit. Shoes are a little pricey but we all need to take care of our feet.

The shopping center is a mess. Parking lot is too far away from the store entrance.

Never shopping here again. Yet another woke corp that got rid of plastic bags under the false pretense of saving a planet that needs no saving, all so they can save a buck.

Great customer service, but I kept getting the wrong bootie. Ordered the Betsey Johnson Kyla rhinestone bootie in black, I ended up getting the Cady bootie. I then reordered, hoping for the right pair, didn’t happen. They were the Cady bootie, again. Very frustrating.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a pair of shoes for $60 and only wore them for less than 5 minutes to my car and the back of my sole started to bleed I went there trying to exchange them for a different size or even store credit they said no. Now I understand I have never returned any shoes that I always buy from them this is the first time and they could not even give me a store credit and the customer service people are useless. I am done with them I would never purchase anything from them again.
