The guy who helped me, Trey was really good. He was to the point, polite, and got me out of there fast. The car I rented, Nissan versa, held up very well, and I did not have any problems with it. I will definitely be back here again.

Reservation through Costco was very easy. Our experience at Enterprise in Woodbridge, VA, was simple and painless when we picked up the car and again once we returned it. The car was clean and comfortable.

July 30th, I reserved a rental to pick up on the 31st. When I arrived at the location around 5ish, there were 2 people waiting ahead of me but there was not a salesperson in the area. About 15-20 mins later, the salesperson came in. He proceeded to help the man in line. This customer had reserved a vehicle, however, the car he reserved was not available. After about 15 mins, he sent the man to Route 1 location, he said they should have something available for him. Next, he goes to help the lady. The key she had was broken and she needed another key, he told her there was not any other keys for the car she had but if she came back tomorrow he could give her another car. The lady stated she was not able to come back the next day. She decided to work with what she had but she needed to him to come outside to help her with something regarding the car. Maybe 5 mins later, he comes back in to assist me. I proceed to give him my reservation and he says, I'm going to be honest with you, I don't have a car available for you. I said, I reserved a car, for this location, why would the website allow me to reserve a car if you don't have any cars. He then states, there should be some available tomorrow but I need the car today, not tomorrow. Frustrated, he calls the other location and just like the man before me, I am sent to the other location to pick up a car. When I arrive at the other location, the man who was sent there looked at me and said you had to come here too and I said yes I did. He also stated that he was in the location for almost an hour before he saw the salesperson. This entire process is time consuming and so unprofessional. Enterprise do better!!

Robert and Colin were very helpful assisting with my rental. There were issues with the vehicle I initially reserved as there were none available when I came to pick up but Robert did everything he could to accommodate and rectify the issue. They both made the process seamless explaining everything and answering my questions. I will definitely use Enterprise for future rentals. Thanks again.

The worse, and I mean the absolute worse experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever. I reserved a luxury vehicle at 6am in the morning to pick up at noon. When I arrive I was nonchalantly informed that they did not have any luxury vehicles available and the only thing they had left was an F150 pick up truck that they could rent me at the same rate as the luxury vehicle. This had to be a joke. At my inconvenience this company wanted to charge me the luxury vehicle rate for a Pick up truck which I found laughable. My disappointment with this experience is the lack of training and customer service. I made the reservation at 6am and the location opened at 0730. The moment it was realized that a luxury vehicle would not be available, you would think a phone call would be made to the customer to make them aware of what is or isn't or isn't available so that the customer can make an informed decision on how they would like to proceed. Instead they wait for the customer to show up seemingly with the hopes that the customer will accept what they have to offer. This is a piss poor "take it or leave it" practice. Instead of saving the customers time, gas and an unnecessary a trip to the location to inform them of something that could have been said with a 2 minute phone call, the company opted for an experience that I gladly walked away from. The worse thing you can do as business and company is steal the most valuable thing your customer has to offer which is their TIME. Time is something that you cant get back and this location is an utter waste of time. I recommend to anyone reading this review to avoid this location at all cost and maybe seek one that has a larger selection, better trained staff and customer service. Try the airport. I will definitely be spreading the word about this locations.
