I didn't question it at the time, but now that I think about it I believe this location scammed me. I was charged for "commercial vehicle insurance" under the threat that they would not rent to me if I did not accept it. I needed the vehicle at the time, an extended van, to move some of my mothers stuff when she entered hospice. Now that that all is behind me I'd like to know why I was charged for this extra unwanted insurance? I rented a much larger moving truck from the Arlington location and this idea of commercial vehicle insurance was never mentioned.

My insurance company arranged a rental pickup from this location. Even though I had a very poor experience from this rental location in the past, I figured this location got its act together but from my recent personal experience and reading the other reviews...nothing has changed. I also made a false assumption that since I had a wonderful experience at the Enterprise Sales at this location it would be the same service at the Enterprise rental; I was totally off. Picked up a rental on Monday, August 28th. First thing I want to address is the fact that how to treat a customer properly cannot be taught via a training program. Why do people who work in customer service think it's stylish to try and treat customers poorly? They are only showing the exact type of human they are, has absolutely no reflection of the person they are mistreating. This is the second Enterprise I've dealt with within a month and the initial service was absolutely poor. Hanna the person at the counter speaks in a very condescending manner, loud and obnoxious. This personality type is surely not good for customer service. I didn't have much time to spare, I had to get to work so I accepted the rental that was issued. The young lady that walked me out to the rental (wasn't Hanna) pointed out the raggedy flooring right away and I advised of how filthy the rear seats were; I was pressed for time, so I accepted the rental. I had also reached my limit for dealing w/Hanna with the unprofessional distasteful demeanor. By Wednesday, August 30th a few things occurred with the rental; very concerning...1. The tire air pressure signal triggered; two tires were low and had no caps.2. Service light illuminated; vehicle is way over the time limit for maintenance service.3. Low washer fluid.I will be reaching out to Enterprise corporate to express my concerns.

Reserved a rental truck for 11:00 AM. Got there at 10:50 and lights were off and car rental side said they didn’t know where they were. I reserved a truck a day prior to be able to move and now I’m searching online last minute for other rental options. Trash service

My insurance company paid enterprise last month but they still put me on the do not rent list due to someone not doing thier job.

Worst customer service.Claims that they don't offer Spanish speakers assistance?what a joke? But on phone it does? Be careful if the rental comes from an insurance do to an accident because they tried to charged u over for what the other offer to paid for...they give u one over the paid amount so u can pay it urself .always make sure that what u got is what the other insurance agreed to pay for! They just want ur money.

Hey Love! I love this location. First off the management is hands on. I do allot to government travel and have to also show clients around. Every car at this location is always clean and customer service is A1. I recommend this location for all your business needs. #ANB THANK YOU

My reservation was for 130pm it's 226pm and I'm still waiting for a vehicle I paid for... like this is so unacceptable. And don't think the associates are going to value your time because they'll tell you 5 min and one second only for it to turn into 45min to 1 hr.

USAA Insurance rental....reserved online the Friday before a Monday afternoon p/u. P/U was uneventful, on time, and kind of pleasant...but the the customer service rep had none the info I submitted and no full size sedans. Tried to up-sale me...then a full sized was returned while I was waiting (convenient)... I'm thinking this fortuitous accept the vehicle. Driving to work, I realize that there is a problem with the brakes or the steering assembly. Called on Thursday said not feeling too safe operating this vehicle can we bring it back for another full size...we don't have one here, when I asked if they could check their system for one nearby?..."we don't do that"...can you schedule one to be brought to your location?..."we don't do that"... told me to call around to the other locations myself to get a replacement for a mechanically faulty vehicle... I will be letting USAA know that Enterprise CS is not up to the standard they (USAA) has provided to me in our 25+ years of doing business.

Excellent customer service has returned! Appreciate you giving me a ride to the auto body shop - and fast friendly employees who are ready to be helpful and professional! I will be using this rental location AGAIN!!!

Rude and unprofessional. I tried to call to let them know that I was turning the car in and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I will never patronize this location again.

Olivia was great. When I went to pick up my rental, there were a lot of people who were getting extremely impatient. Olivia was very kind to them and even took time out of her shift to help clean and drive the cars around for the people who needed them and I thought that was awesome. She did really great and I’d look forward to interacting with her again. Olivia definitely deserves a raise!

The one in Woodbridge Va. on rt.1 is the worst they lie and they are rude stay away far away they will take more money then what they tell you and when you call to find out why they will get an attitude with you they are a joke **** Enterprise!!!!!!!
