The on-site Manager, Steve was able to accurately answer all of my questions, and was super helpful to give me a tour and moved me in quickly. He also personally checked that my access code was working upon move-in. Thank you Steve.

I'm revising my previous post. Vic, many thanks for coming through today and for the past few days. You've been most accommodating, in every way. You've kept in constant contact with me. You arranged my transfer with masterfulness. You dotted every "i" and crossed every "t"!! I appreciate your thoughtfulness in correcting a wrong.This establishment was better when they were operated by EZ storage. I was told that I needed to make an appointment to downsize my unit. I made the appointment. I showed up for the appointment. The business was closed. I called, no answer. I went by later in the day. The business was still closed. There was no sign on the door indicating why they were closed. I called the 800 number to inquire. They were clueless. But they still wanted me to make another appointment for this transfer. All they kept saying was that they had escalated my call to the district manager. It takes that person 24 hours to contact me. They only have a few smaller units left. Your customer service is subpar and your associates are unprofessional.

To whom it may concern. Who ever is working today, BEWARE! Dude has had office locked a good prevent of the time there. Always with an excuse of course. Same thing with yesterday trying to get moving boxes. LOCKED AGAIN,no one in site . So if he was the one working yesterday, PUBLIC STORAGE BEWARE! YOUR LOSING MONEY! Very disrespectful. No one at the place except us. "Can't use more then 2 carts, I need you to go and unload carts." Ummm it's called common courtesy when people come up, share the carts. BUT NO ONE WAS THERE! IT WAS EMPTY. So why even go out your way? Even watching us on cameras. Try throwing 1 soda can away, office is locked, his sitting at his desk in his chair. So I throw it in the dumpster. He literally waited for me to toss the can to say no dumping........ well if office was unlocked during normal operation hours, I wouldn't have went to dumpster. Once again ALL could have been prevented with a I'm sorry I had the office locked. Instead of waiting for me to pull door only to find it locked, so I find next trashcan instead of throwing on ground, follows me to dumpster(didn't know until he is yelling behind me "no no no". Why wait? instead of saying something when you saw me heading in the direction of dumpster before I throw my can in it. MIND YOU A SODA CAN!!!!!! NOT SOMETHING BIG AND BULKY. BUT IT IS MY FAULT AND HE HAS TO PUT A WARNING ON THE ACCOUNT! For one it's not even my account, why do i care? I was there to help! For two, it all stems back to a locked office WITH YOU in it! BEING LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY EYES!

Great facility, easy to access, fantastic customer service. The QR code on the door instead of office hours is weird, and probably makes things harder on older folks who don’t use smart phones. It would be better for customers who are inexperienced with technology to have basic information posted on the outside and easily viewable to all.

Just now leaving, they are closed not answering the door. I called the number listed and the lady on the phone couldn't tell me why they are closed. Another patron was there yelling about it while I was on the phone trying to figure out what to do. I had to tell the customer service lady I needed to go since they weren't going to be open for customers since she was just trying to get me to rent a unit over the phone site unseen.Maybe they are only open between certain hours, they had nothing posted. For me it was a bad experience and I'll definitely try somewhere else.

Great experience. Vic was super attentive and helpful throughout the process and really sold it for me. I had many questions that were answered both thoroughly and professionally. Vic helped me find the perfect storage unit for my needs and now the stress of getting a unit is gone!

I normally do not write reviews but my experience was well worth it. I recently moved and needed extra space for storage and Lito made my reservation so easy and answered all the questions and concerns I had. GREAT customer service at this store. I would recommend this location to anybody Thanks again Lito

Steve at this location was wonderful and did me a great favor. My key was broken and stuck in the padlock. I was lucky to run into Steve on a Sunday afternoon who was willing and able to help me get the broken key out. It would have cost me $$ to get a locksmith, not to mention lost time. Big THANK YOU to Steve and kudos to Public Storage for scoring such an awesome employee!

This facility has probably THE best customer service I have experienced in decades in any form of business. Vic and Steve are responsive via phone, email, and in person; they help with paperwork, help with doors, you name it. They even helped with a last-minute space upgrade (with discount) when we had extra stuff show up unexpectedly. Extremely professional, responsive, and personable.The facility itself is easy to find, easy to get to, easy to access, and clean. Highly recommended.
