I give only 1-star bc all the time I go to the store they always give us an attitude and dirty looks, and act as if they don't understand us. There is a promotion of 3/$3 for candy and every day they give us an attitude and act like we are lying bc in the computer doesn't say it when it literally says it in the promotion

Because online it says they close at 10 o’clock but yet at 9:30 they ended up picking everyone out in the store because they claim that they close at 9:30 but yet when you go online it says that they close at 10 so whoever the supervisor was kicked me in the person I was with out . Never wanna come here again . I’d be understanding if it was 9:50 but 9:30 uh yeah no

The manager Eliza called a customer stupid after the customer asking for a birthday card.
I overheard the senior men asking for help and the manager was very rude and said we don’t have any for you.. seems like manager doesn’t speak English or couldn’t understand…
racism?? Or not but poor customer service.

DON'T EXPECT TO PAY ONE PRICE ITS HIGHER AT THE REGISTER GO SOME WHERE ELSE.... The price on the shelf is never the price when you get to the register always more than what's on the shelf. The cashier does nothing but expect you to pay what ever rings up. Even though it's not the price on the shelf. If you shop here don't worry about the shelf price it's never right.

Hello the manager at 8739 store manager and assistant manager was very rude I had an issue where I needed to take some items off because they were not accepting a card that I have so she took the items off and still charged me the whole amount I told her to take it off and she's still charged me so I called for the supervisor and she was rude also the lady threw my bags and told me to get out of her line because I asked for my money back very rude and disrespectful I've never experienced that the whole 4 years that I've been going to that store I've never seen these two people in the I'm $3 short of my money I'm very upset and she told me to leave. That I was holding up her line I still have the receipts she gave me $35 and it was $38 and some change and then wanted me to sign I'm very displeased with the customer service that I received

This store is vastly expensive for what is supposed to be more comfortable, the truth is the products are more expensive than in the more prestigious stores and then there is a worker who is vastly disgusting

FD Very friendly staff, The Road Construction made it tricky to get in here but you can route to the back of the Plaza safely.Enter the back of the platform this means Peking Express in Fatu United.The door for family dollar is clearly marked.It is a little narrow and there is nowhere back there to turn around,So when I was here I could not enter from Longview Dr due to Road Construction, I couldn't go straight into the Plaza. A few blocks down passed to the car dealerships there is a traffic light that'll give you a green arrow and is more than wide enough to make a Uturn.On the way back through, I was not very confident. I could make the right term with the cement. Barriers on too long view Drive into the plaza. So instead I went down to Mt Pleasant Dr, turned right and then right again into the Plaza. Drove down to the Longview Dr end of the Plaza and there is more than enough space to make a wide left turn to get yourself set up to enter the back of the Plaza, as I said before, between Peking Express and Fatu United.Uploaded a few pictures of the back of the Plaza, hope it helps.Just a side note. Apparently some of the neighbors like to threaten the drivers with having you towed if you block the pathway to the back of the Plaza in any way so that ppl can't drive through. I was told my the Family Dollar staff to just ignore them.

Poor Customer Service. They only have 1 person in the store, running the whole store 2 days before Christmas. The 1 person that was there doesn't want to do her job correctly cause the line is so long just a terrible experience.
