This is my second time using this office and both times were unacceptable. I was hoping the first time was a fluke but unfortunately not. I gave two stars because everyone was nice however there is no sense of urgency or focusing on the customer. I arrived at 340 and left at 410 after printing off two sheets of paper that was sent to them and I brought my own paper. Please note i was the only one in line for print. Of the 4 staff behind the counter two were working, one on her phone and one talking about non work things as the conversation was loud enough for everyone to hear. The manager apologized for the wait but this is the second time coming where I have stood at the counter and watched as employees walked passed me hoping someone else would it.

The store and office are both awful. Never make scheduled pick ups. The drop box is worthless. The other local drop box hasn't been serviced in years. DO NOT USE FEDEX IN WOODBRIDGE.

Abdul was extremely unprofessional. He did not understand my requests, which made it difficult for me to explain what my request was when looking for shipping options and boxes. He was vulgar when responding to my questions. He talked to me as if I was asking “dumb questions”. I had also instructed him not to pack my box until I printed out my packing slip however he went ahead and did and looked confused when I returned to the counter with the packing slip that I paid to be printed out through the FedEx self-service. You would be better off going to UPS for better customer service.

Most disorganized, ineffective shipping place I have ever been to was unable to correctly label any items then wrote the wrong addresses on the boxes when I came back, they struggled to process the refund overcharged me an extra three dollars for their mistake. Then told me it Was nothing they can do to honor the difference on their own mistake. Worst place I have ever been to the manager had no idea how to do anything and the employees were completely clueless.

I recently had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. Despite having multiple employees on duty, none seemed interested in actually assisting customers. The wait time was unnecessarily long, and when I was finally attended to, the customer service was shockingly rude.
One particular employee outright dismissed my attempt to provide the correct send address for my shipment. Instead of listening to what I was calmly trying to explain, she insisted on using an incorrect address. When I tried to clarify, she became visibly agitated, banged her hand on the table, and abruptly called over a coworker to deal with me. She neither apologized for her behavior nor made any effort to resolve the issue.
This lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and patience, especially in a service-oriented environment. FedEx should consider retraining their staff at this location to focus on customer care and professionalism. Until then, I will be avoiding this location and recommending others do the same.

Maybe I got lucky but they seemed to have turned it around. Victoria was great and patiently walked me through the process. Her cheery demeanor and smile made my day.

Absolutely atrocious service. If you need something as simple as a copy done it would be faster to build a time machine go back in time and have someone carve it out of stone.
