They are ruining the reputation of Firestone even other Firestone locations tell them they are trash. Inexperienced workers. Can’t do alignment properly.

I had a 10 a.m. appointment at Firestone, but even by 1 p.m., they hadn’t started working on my car. The long wait time and lack of communication were really disappointing. I hope they can improve their scheduling and customer service in the future.

This location is inconspicuously located within a strip mall so you'll almost miss it if you're not careful. However, the service is top notch. They are very thorough, prioritizing your safety. The fact that they have reasonable prices is a plus.

Prices on the TPMS sensors where a bit high, i understand mark up, but come on!! My location manager was able to discount them a bit, but still not enough in my opinion. Other than that good job overall.

I intended to get a wheel alignment for my car, so I approached the workers to ask where the main entrance was. Suddenly, one of the workers came running toward me, yelling loudly, “Get out of here… get out of here!” I tried to explain that it was my first time there and that I needed his help because I was looking for the entrance, but he wouldn’t listen. He kept shouting. He was extremely disrespectful, and his behavior toward customers was completely inappropriate.

Couldn't say anything bad about here. They were upfront, respectful and honest. I didn’t have a problem with them at all highly recommend them.

The Team was professional and concise when diagnosing my issue/concern as well as quick to fix/replace my breaks at an economical price! I've been going to this location for years at this point and they've always taken great care of my vehicles(Note these vehicles are out of Factory Warranty and so having a good shop is great).

Reliability and availability are completely non-existent at this location. Anytime I stop by I’m constantly told that they’re booked up and won’t be able to take care of me. I try to schedule an appointment through the website and I’m told I can’t be seen because even though it was scheduled days prior it was never “confirmed” by them. I try to call and I’m told I can’t be seen until days later. Maybe hire more staff so you can accommodate the needs of your customers or something.

Absolute trash service. I came into this location because my tires are under warranty and I discovered a nail in my tire. I arrived to the shop after being left on hold for 20 minutes. If the guy didn’t want to fix the tire he should have just said that. First he said “we can do it but you have to pay for a tire” okay? Like duh that’s why I’m here. So he then says let’s go look at it. He then tells me where the nail is I am not able to repair I’ll have to get new tires and I said once again let’s do it. I can’t ride around with a nail in my tire. I go back in and ask where do I leave my car. He said just leave it in the front. I said okay we’ll wait. He then goes to the back comes back out and says something just came up we can’t do it. What a POS. Awful customer service. If you didn’t want to do it just say that instead of giving me the run around.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful! I am a teenage girl who was an hour away from home with a blown tire, and had just been turned away from Kia Service because it was a Sunday, so I was completely stressed. They quoted me about 1 1/2 hours to wait, and an hour to do the service. I ended up waiting only an hour for the entire process. Having a friendly face help me out and a quick process, I felt completely at ease. I also wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't want to which made me feel 10 times better! I was also sent a complete invoice of everything wrong (just my tires lol) which made me feel better as well. I fully recommend this location if you're needing to get your car serviced!

Even though the wait was super long the manager went above and beyond and the mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous and figured out what the dealership could not! I would highly recommend this store.

Wait time was not at all what was stated when I asked how long will this take. This was in response to their question their question- will you be waiting for the car? I arrived 12:15 and did not get the car until 4:00. I would have taken an Uber home if I knew the wait was going to be so long. There was only one individual ( a very nice lady) at the reception desks. The other person that checked me in was outside in the bay area having a great time with the mechanics. I saw my car parked out front and assumed they were finished. I waited @ 15 min to be called up. I was not. There were other people in the line other than me. There were no extenuating problems with the car that would have caused this drastic error in time estimation. Other than the lady at the desk who checked me out no one else seemed to really care about customer service.
