Food Lion is a well-maintained and friendly grocery store that has recently improved its overall quality. Customers appreciate the fresh produce and good variety of items, making shopping a pleasant experience. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to access, whether for quick stops or longer shopping trips. Staff members come from different backgrounds and consistently display friendly and positive attitudes, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Many customers commend the helpfulness of the employees, especially mentioning managers who go above and beyond to assist shoppers. One standout employee is a staff member known for exceptional customer service, who is always willing to help, carry heavy items, and ensure customers feel valued. However, some reviews note that cashiers could benefit from further training, especially for tasks like lottery sales, which sometimes lack attention. Overall, Food Lion is praised for its friendly staff, clean environment, and good shopping experience, making it a recommended spot for grocery shopping in the area.
The store was okay but I wasn’t too impressed. The selection was average compared to other grocery stores I’ve been to. Nothing terrible but not somewhere I would go back to.
