Went here on 2/15 around 6-7pm. Asked for some shoes and only had two employees. The girl on the register and the some guy ig checking inventory or shoes sizes on his scanner ? I had asked for a size but decided not to get them so I thanked him and as I turned around he slammed the shoe box on the floor. Does he do that to everyone that doesn’t buy a shoe ??? It was some short Hispanic with glasses and black longish hair around his face. I’m Hispanic too….. I just don’t understand what was the purpose of that ? I was the only customer in there btw since the last few customers had just gotten rung up and left. Either way, that guy should either be retrained or of that’s a habit then why have him on your team ?? Clearly doesn’t understand “customer service” or how to treat customers.

When you act like the store doesn't need my money, you sure won't get it. I keep trying to give this store a chance and it has only come through maybe maybe once. I mean, I thought usually people spoke when you entered a store, or if you are looking at shoe ask if you need help. But not at this store, its crazy. Finally found a store with the shoes we wanted for the kids back to school and left them right there. I'm in this store with 4 kids that we were buying shoes for and couldn't get help. When the oldest (12yr) got someone to help because we were leaving the girl brought out the show set it down and walked away. That was it for me. I would rather pay more online or at another store then deal with this any longer. This was a lesson for my kids that day on what was acceptable. They treat others with respect and should expect the same thing in return.

I went to the Footlocker across the way (#06928) from the Kids Footlocker (#1648502) after receiving horrible service from Joclyn Riva. I received assistance from 2 nice young ladies Iyanna Garcia-Ross & Makynze Smith who heard my complaint, assisted my issues with my rewards and sent me on my way happy. I will continue my business with this Footlocker and never step foot into Kids Footlocker. Ladies… continue being kind and assisting your customers in a well and respectful manner.

The girl who started out helping us was so polite and helpful. However others came in the store and she was putting up product also and got a lil busy so we stood by the shoes until she was free. I saw another girl walk out so I told my husband she was standing there ask her to get the shoe we needed. She looked at me rolled her eyes never asked my husband how she could helped but he told her the size anyway. After looking for the size in the computer she walked off without saying anything. Her attitude was beyond rude and nasty. I don’t understand how you work in customer service but have an attitude when it comes to helping others. Greeting a customer is part of the job. Helping is part of the job. After all the money we spend makes your payroll. I will not be stopping at this store again as long as she is in there. I don’t want to spend my hard earned money with a rude employee who has a nasty attitude!

THIS 5 YOUNG WOMAN ARE THE FEMALE VERSION OF THE POWER RANGERS THEY JOIN FORCES TO PROVIDING THE SERVICE THAT IS NEEDED REGARDLESS OF WEATHER IT WAS PUMA, ADIDAS OR NIKE THEY WAS ABLE TO GUIDE ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I purchased a Nike tech jacket for my son for Christmas. I get home and realized they did not give me a receipt and the security tag was left on it. I do not live in the area. So I return to the store a couple weeks later for assistance to basically be treated like a criminal. What’s the point in being apart of their rewards program if they can’t even look up anything. Not that they offered or tried. And if I stole the damn jacket why would I return to the store?! Now I’m out over $140 for an unwearable jacket. I’ll never shop at a foot locker again!

Went in to buy a pair of sneakers. They didn't have the inventory advertised. The assistant manager said I could order the item online and she ended up making a mistake and charging my card while at the same time charging the card and not even completing the order. I was told that the sale was canceled and the money would go back. I spent 1hour and 30 minutes trying to find the order with the manager. She ended up getting frustrated and telling me to call corporate or my bank to figure out where the money went and why it hasn't gone back. This place is filled with employees who ignore customer and racially profile people based on how they are dressed. I was ignored upon walking in. Video confirmed it. The manager ignored my feedback about the employees poor treatment of me when I walked in. On the bright side NEMO a salesman was very helpful and apologized for how the female employee ignored and didn't even acknowledge me upon my arrival. This manager of the store wanted to get into a shouting match with me because she wanted to pass the buck to me the customer. She was very rude and ghetto to say the least and continued to call me aggressive even though I had been extremely polite and patient . I just want my money back. Footlocker clearly doesn't respect customers time especially when they made the mistake and charged me with absolutely no product to show for . Empty bank account and empty hands is what I left with.

Came here to buy some Jordan's. I always wanted to try the Classic high top Air-1. So I bought some here. Employees were friendly and helpful, running back n forth to get me the right size. Unfortunately, I got them home and realized they were really too narrow. (I have wide feet) so I had to return them. They gave me no flack about this at all. Return was simple, fast and easy. I will come back here when I am ready to buy my next pair of athletic shoes!
