Experience at Gabe's in the past couple of weeks. Wasn't that good because I've won. Lady, who said she was the assistant manager. I think her name was very rude. Told us we shouldn't buy the phone chargers there. Because they're not good. However, we still purchase them and then there was another young lady there. Her name was Amanda and her customer service was out of this world. She showed us where things were. She made sure she took the time to help us find what we were looking for. As well as doing her duties inside the store

I was at Gabe’s about 10 minutes ago and I asked for help and looked around and nobody was to be found. I went to the front to ask for help and the nice lady called for someone to help me. She told me someone should meet me there. I stood and waited for about 20 mins and nobody still came so I just left

This location didn't really have anything to be honest. Prices were a bit high for that kind of business and what was on discount wasn't a fair price and the shelves were bare. But the manager that rang up my things deserve the 4 stars. Not only were they busy but there was a guy in front of me who had coupons so he kept going from register back to the shelves back to the register back to the shelves trying to accumulate what he needed to use his coupon. But amongst the chaos she still had the best attitude. Super friendly smile on her face. Happy-go-lucky just a beautiful personality. She was awesome!

I am a repeat customer here at this Gabes location and I have never had an issue before. Whomever the big black lady with the box braids she had it on a bun today, she refused to give me her name. She was very rude and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I don’t know how people like her get a job in these retail stores. It was a very humiliating day, having the police called on me just cause I asked for corporates number and her name. I wasn’t even done, had things I wanted to buy and I was escorted out in front of people in the store. Still don’t understand because I wasn’t even causing a scene nor threatening anyone but I guess people will use any excuse to justify their own behavior. Tried to make me look

I was there on 5/31 with my family. My 16 yr old was holding my diaper bag and was approached by an employee asking him if he was going to pay for it and insinuated he was stealing. Once we told her that it was my newborn’s bag she was ok with it. It’s crazy to just assume someone is stealing!
A few minutes later he’s approached by another employee telling him he needs to check the bag at the counter, I stepped in and let her know that it’s my diaper bag. She goes on to say it doesn’t matter so I said ok we’ll leave.
Do they expect me to go to the register and ask them for my bag every time I need something for my baby? (Diapers, wipes, bottles, etc…) I understand wanting to prevent theft but have some human decency.
The employees at this store have the absolute worst attitudes!
