My husband went to this store just for a pick up about 5:45. He grabbed one door and it was locked, the other opened right up. He stood there for 5-10 minutes, even called the store (no one answered), finally a girl came out from the back shocked. Said we are closed, close at 9. But apparently she was on her mandatory break and would not help my husband at all. Just kept telling him rudely that she was on her break and he shouldn’t be in the store. We both totally understand that breaks are mandatory, and if she explained it in a nicer way, or if you could wait another 10 mins I’ll be done, etc. My husband then called another store right down the road, was able to get the game absolutely no problem, except for now trying to cancel the original order. Also, why in the world are there 3 game stops within a mile of each other?This girl needs to realize how lucky she was, that my husband walked in and not a bad person. The store could have been cleaned out or worse. Customer service is definitely not like it use to be, this is why people are doing store pickups or Amazon.

Be wary if you pre-order anything besides games, two instances where i did not get calls regarding preorders and most recently they sold off items i had ordered without calling to let me know they came in. Gamestop has really been letting me down

Not a good company to buy a warranty from they will change the policy just go to Best Buy! GameStop is the worst!!

Employees were friendly, they didn't have a good selection of used games, but that's not the stores fault.

They had the last Xbox series x within 100 miles the day before Christmas! Can't ask for more than that. They were so busy and Anthony (I think) was on the phone, helping me, helping other customers, and did an amazing job! They obviously need more staff during the day. Those two guys were working their butts off! Regardless how busy it was he took time to answer every question I had and I didn't feel rushed at all. Great experience and would come back over other locations I have visited! Great work and props to Anthony for a great work ethic and customer experience!

It was your average game stop. Nothing out of the ordinary. There were no exclusives and I was told that what was on the shelves is what they had. Also, there was body order issue. I typically don't like to mention things like this so I'll just leave it at that.

The staff was nice but definitely overwhelmed. I think it had more to do with GameStop as a company than just this location though.

Was looking into the PS5 and different games to get with it. Game stop has been around for a long time, and they always deliver.

Went to get a Ps5 since the website said they are in stock. Website says they open at 10 am. When I get in they say the website is wrong and they open early than that.
