Terrible customer service. I’d rather make the drive all the way down to Tanger outlets. All the Hispanic ladies in the back were so sweet and even interacted with my baby. The people up front acted like they didn’t see me and went on about their day! I left the things right there!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Kathy is the manager and she was very rude to me. I asked for help and she didn’t care at all. She talked to me like I was bothering her. I felt very uncomfortable. I will never come back to this GAP. They should not have someone like her as a manager.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I felt I had to. I went into GAP today and received terrible service from a manager named Kathy. I went to return a damaged item but Kathy said I had to pay more because the sale price had changed, even though it was the exact same item. Kathy was very rude and confrontational and wanted to argue instead of resolve the problem and keep a happy customer. She said something along the lines of you can either pay the difference or I’m not going to do the return. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed, and she needs to be trained better. This was even more shocking that this behavior came from a manager, and I was very disappointed with my experience and will no longer be going to this location.

This store was lowkey a mess and kinda disorganized with sizes on pants being in no discernible order and some items being nowhere near where they were supposed to be. Also things to be just thrown onto shelves or display tables. The person at checkout was friendly but honestly that’s the primary positive thing I have to say.

We spent like 200$ in the store today, but the cashier seemed annoyed that she has to do her job. She kept rolling her eyes, looked annoyed the whole time, had absolutely no interaction with us and after we paid and we said "thank you" she had no response.
We'll never come back here.
