I’ve come to this place every time I have issues with my phone or computer and they do an excellent job fixing the issue every time. Additionally, the customer service is amazing. It’s the best kept secret in Northern Virginia!

Amazing experience with Tony and Monjur. My 10 yr old computer finally gave out. The Geek Zone was my 1st and last stop I made while trying to figure out my next move. Tony and Monjur explained eloquently that my laptop was DOA ( dead on arrival) ? Tony provided viable options without pressure and answered my many questions before my decision. My situation was resolved in 24 hrs and I returned to pick up new lap top with all data transferred and old documents in a folder. GREAT JOB GUYS ! Highly recommended!

Service was done quickly my son thought his iPad looked brand new! And this wasn’t the first time he had his screen replaced. (By a different provider) They offered to repair for a reasonable amount and it is definitely quality service 10 out of 10, would recommend!
