Their staff is usually very helpful and they have some things not stocked elsewhere. Very much like Sears was long ago. Funny thing though, I always see people lurking in the stores with a strange vibe.

It's always a good deal in comparison to others, and the staff is way better now and they’re cooperating immensely. I rely on their tools for most of my renovation works.

Wow, what a waste of time, They have an insiders club membership now that's not very well advertised for $29.99/year for all their great deals.
But you don't know that until you get to checkout. I put everything back and left!

Very very friendly they're always there to help you if you need anything take you to the island and show you where it's at very friendly I think all the harbor freight should be like this one another one that's really nice is one on route 3 on plank road they are very nice too they do the same thing

Big white boy with the beard and no name tag working the register needs some etiquette and customer service training. The black lady working the register next him refused to give me his name hence the generic descriptions. Do better harbor freight. Do better.
