My rating is for Deanna Paige. I truly had an amazing car service experience because of her. She's very accommodating and patient with me. Her kindness goes along way. I will definitely be back for my next service and booking with her only. I made a Saturday appointment at 9am for B12 service and some recalls. They have a link that allows you to track the progress of your car service. It was not until 2 pm they checked my car. After the inspection, they have the options to add recommended services and I did include some additional services. Therefore, I was not able to pick up my car until 6 pm. I already mentally prepared myself prior to the appointment that it would most likely take the whole day plus its the weekend so I expected it to be busy. Hence, I am not deducting any points because patience is key. Overall, my car is running great has so I am satisfied.

Amazing car buying experience from start to finish! Customer service was exceptional. Each and every person I interacted with went above and beyond. It was genuinely a pleasure and I will certainly be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I came in for an oil change and was greeted by the cheery Nelson Palacio. For 7am, I appreciated that a lot! He was very personable and provided excellent customer service. In and out in 2 hours which is great for a Saturday and the services I added. Thanks Hendrick Honda staff!

I have an older vehicle however Michael made me feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. He went over everything that they suggest in detail and offered alternative payment plans. I will recommend Hendrick Honda any day!

I had such a great experience with Zeenat and Amine. Zeenat was very helpful with making sure I got the right car, she was very patient and took her time with us. She made us feel like family and felt very trustworthy. Amine made our experience so pleasant, I felt very comfortable in the process. He truly has one of the best customer service, I felt very heard and apart of the decision making. I never thought purchasing a car would have been as pleasant and stress free as he made it to be. He is such a people person and he truly cares about his customers and building relationships with them. I can truly say I am in safe hands. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested!

They provided great service and our car was repaired in the timeframe they quoted. Price matched the original quote and they were upfront and honest about charges, service, etc. Deanna was the staff member that assisted me and was great. Very positive experience with them overall

My grandson newly graduated and anxious for a car he could rely on in his new job decided he wanted a Honda Civic. His car knowledgeable brother insisted he consider a Honda Civic Hatchback with all the bells and whistles, but Philip Thewell of Hendrick guided him through the car process with measured calm. Allowing him to search other cars he found online and ask a hundred questions. Ultimately he convinced him Hendrick could offer reasonable financing, put him in a new Honda Civic Hatchback with payments he was comfortable with and waited TWO hours after closing the showroom so he could leave with his car. Philip was my kind of salesman, keeping costs in mind, not letting the frantic energy of a 22 year old wear him down and listening to his wants without pressure to buy more than he needs. Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge is my go to for all my car's service needs! I appreciate the work they do and how much they care to ensure your vehicle is running smoothly! While there is always a bit if a wait, their waiting room has everything needed for comfort and id you ever need any assistance, someone is always around to help.A really big thing i like is the constant ability to check your service. After check in, you are provided a link to see real time updates on your place in line and status. This is really helpful, especially if you are planning on leaving the shop to get some food, run errands, etc.I have no complaints, i will be a returning customer for a long time!

I have never in my life been at a dealership where an employee was dropping the "F" bomb around customer's and children!! Sitting in the waiting area and all I here is F you, F you, and F you, then storms out of the office!! Honda you must do better!! Absolutely ridiculous!! That alone would would deter anyone from buying a car!!!

This is the longest oil change I've ever experienced. I'm sitting in the lobby still waiting while writing this. This is only an oil change. Nothing else. No updates. No information. Nothing. I regret purchasing the oil change package when I bought my vehicle here. What a mistake. Let's see how long this lasts...

Customer service here is a hit or miss. There are some days when I come in for a simple service and I am confused as to who to talk to (no service member intentionally does a good job of approaching a customer when they come in), it can feel like they are trying to ignoring you. Other days it’s a great experience, and representatives actually make an effort to help you throughout the whole process. Otherwise, the actual service to the car is done well.

Hello , I want to let you know about a terrible experience that I had on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 3 in the afternoon,My boyfriend and I went to buy a new car, when it was time to show numbers. The salesperson who is an excellent salesperson, he was looking for a manager who speaks Spanish, to explain a few things to us since we speak both languages,he call this person "the MANAGER ALEX LEMUS, yes his name is ALEX LEMUS, that young man came and literally told us GET OUT OF HERE, He got up from his chair and sent us elsewhere "THEN GO SEARCH ELSEWHERE" who would feel good? NOBODY because if you go to a place for something you expect attention and good customer service so I don't know who made that young man a manager and I don't understand why he is still working there, as a person he is a terrible person as a manager he has a disrespectful and spoiled attitude , and as a worker he does not deserve THE POSITION HE HAS and that job, for that person ALEX LEMUS we did not decide to buy. I don't recommend that place , for buy something and if you go make sure don't talk with that TERRIBLE worker and "manager" in that dealer .Here is the person who was really rude and disrespectful.
