Recently I haven been to H&M in potamic mall. I was shocked with the behaviour of their manager,she was so rude & harsh. I wish I remember her name to mention here !

I recently visited H&M to purchase new work clothes, but the trousers I bought in my size were too small. When I returned to exchange them for a larger size, I was informed that I couldn’t do so without a receipt, which I found absurd since I bought them from an actual H&M store. Due to this policy, I won’t be shopping there again. For future customers, be aware that without a receipt, they won’t allow exchanges, even for items bought directly from their store.

This store is a little messy ngl. I would expect better for this mall. Anyway Im only giving it 4 stars because Lancey (i think that was his name) was the nicest and most professional employee I have met in a looong time. Give him a raise rn 😡

Didn't help me, even after claiming that they would. I would give them .5 stars if I could. Don't give me your word and break it. I hold people to it. Unlike others I expect you to keep your word and honor.

The worst customer service giving by the floor manager Darrel who was aggressively telling me I as the consumer I should know what a back up register mean and when it's in use at a store I'm not employed with or frequently shop. Darrel also refused to make an announcement to a line full of about 25-30 customers that he was only accepting card payments. You would later find out that important information after standing in line for 25-30 minutes I completely understand customer service can be frustrating at times however that should never be projected onto the consumer's. It's the day before Christmas Eve and of course the malls are over packed with last minute buyers that's nothing new adjust your attitude and do your job or simply just find another one please..

I couldn’t believe how dirty and messy this store was. It was so hard to find things. When we would take something or move a hanger on a rack dust would be everywhere.

H&M as a whole has nice greasy clothing however this location is awful and dirty. Never clean. I come often and talk to the associates and they say their store manager is never there so you can see the results of the store. Associates don’t seem happy and are kinda doing what they want. I haven’t been there in the past couple months but the pay couple years going there have been unshoppable. Esp in the kids or clearance areas.
