**Terrible Experience**
This hotels staff is an absolute joke. When I checked in everything was fine. But when I went to grab breakfast, a worker told me I was dressed inappropriately, so I pulled my skirt down to finger tip length, despite my best efforts to pull my skirt down to fingertip length under my sweater. They claimed there were "Christian kids" around, as if that justified their judgmental attitude.
Then, they had the audacity to say I wasn’t on the registry and needed to come back with someone who was. When I did, they told us to pack everything up and leave before calling the police. What would trigger a response for the police?
As a Christian who attends church regularly, this is not only hypocritical but outright ridiculous. To deny me breakfast because of my outfit—after I made adjustments—is nothing short of discrimination. It’s mind-blowing that in a place where most people come for one-night stands, I’m the one getting kicked out for wearing a bathing suit under my clothes.
This hotel’s management needs to take a hard look at their staff and their policies. The way I was treated is completely unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this place if you want to be treated with any respect. It’s crazy! To be told you need to pack up and leave even after becoming modest and showing we’ve paid to be here, to be threatened with cops! And told it’s because of Christian kids, as if they don’t know what adults are. Wow I’m so surprised to be treated this way at a hotel. Every person I know who comes here either comes for a one night stand or to drink alcohol. Wow. I won’t and wouldn’t recommend coming here while they have disrespectful workers here. Not to mention they have a pool that is right next to their breakfast room! Please message me about this as it is just crazy and unjustified. This happened Thursday September 19, 2023.

First off, I must say Mr. Mandel has gone out of his way to make our stay the best !! Thank you Sir!! We appreciate you Mr. Mandel more than you know!!!!
Second, seems as tho all the staff have been trained to accommodate their guests to the best of IHG policy!!
This establishment is absolutely perfect!!

The staff was good! They were quick and helpful for what was asked of them. The room was sizeable, but there were crumbs on the carpet and hair still on the floor of our initial room. We ended up moving rooms but still ran into the crumbs issue. The toilet seat was crooked, one of the hangars had a broken clip, and the toilet made a ghastly noise when flushed. Also, the location of being right in front of a storage unit center wasn't too appealing! There were a decent amount of food options available within the area, though.

Located near Potomac Mills Outlet area. Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Room was large. Bed was lumpy to me. Water pressure was excellent.

The dining experience was not only disappointing but also unsafe. I was served an expired bagel, and after eating one, I discovered fungus on the second one. This caused me to vomit twice.

The rooms are clean, and the beds very comfortable. We arrived to check in at 3am, and the front desk person was friendly and helpful. We had forgotten to pack toothbrushes, and they supplied complimentary brushes, which was greatly appreciated. The free breakfast was a welcome addition. The biscuits were light and flaky, and the sausage gravy was surprisingly good.
Rooms: The rooms have very comfortable beds with a selection of pillows. The towels are fluffy and absorbant, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were Dove.

I stay at Holiday inn quite a bit and this one has the best shower pressure from any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Ideal location next to the highway and lots of restaurants nearby.
Welcoming and courteous service.
Complete and good breakfast. Need to wear gloves to use.
Spacious room but lacking a little maintenance. The bath didn't seem super clean, stain on the counter, floor and carpet didn't seem super clean either and sticky stains on the cabinet... Funny smell at the pool. It smelled a bit like stale water...
Anyway, it was okay for one night, I wouldn't have stayed longer.
