Jacqueline is a national treasure and knows her craft well. Made the whole process painless. I always get nervous about filing because I have a lot of weird stock related papers to sort out. But Jackie knew what they were and made it look easy. I always like how H&R organized everything in a concise little package at the end. Prices here’s are a tad steep compared to other states but definitely well worth it. Will be back again without a doubt

Very unprofessional service. After making an appointment 4 days before my appointment I got to the office and they send me away because they are booked. After having a confirmation number appointment done and scheduled in their system.Again, very F up service. 5yr customer at this location, not anymore.
