“I was a previous client of Arsim Shala when I resided in Virginia. While I was a customer of his agency he has always been responsive, and helped out with anything that I needed. I haven't really thought too much of his courteous willingness to help since I thought that he was just doing his job. Since then I have moved to Florida, and once started having insurance issues down here I reached out to him for help as I was getting nowhere with Florida Agent.
