Omg !!! The amount of patience these ladies had with me, jeezus , what a blessing. I guess this is why women don’t pick out rings because we are hella picky but the sales reps here were extremely awesome and so caring. Took care of my order and were super helpful with knowledge of the settings and diamond sizes. Thank you. Truly recommend coming here.

I bought my husband a watch online and selected for store pick up at the Potomac mills mall location in Woodbridge, VA. It was delayed 5 days. The online customer support reps were nice and tried their best BUT wow today this morning around 10am on 10/9/24 when we finally went to pick it up the older African American lady named Karen working there had a horrific attitude and waving her hands all around. Not friendly or welcoming at all, attitude galore trying to show out in front of young woman she was working with. I approached her with a smile and said hi, I have a pick up and Karen immediately snapped and demanded to know if it was an online order waving her hands all around trying to make me feel stupid. I didn’t know what she needed the order number or my name, she just had a neck and eye rolling problem and was snappy with me like she expected me to read her mind and know exactly what info she needed off the bat. Karen was impatient, negative, and without looking first said oh we didn’t get it yet but it was there. She snapped at me asking if I even received a call to pick up but I had an email confirmation for pick up. It’s like she just wanted to discourage us from picking up because she didn’t want to put the effort and work due to not getting commission for this sale. Horrible and distasteful customer service. She just seems like she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there or help others. She can’t even say she needed coffee or was having a bad day because you never treat a paying customer this disrespectfully and poorly. Sorry Jared’s it’s one thing my order was delayed but your rude employee was the cherry on top. This is my last purchase.
