If there's any option of zero stars I would like to give it to this store . The employess of this store are very lazy. Whenever I have a curbside order. They mostly canceled it and app said I need to go inside. If I go inside the pickup register is all the way back and they took too much time to bring that order. At the register mostly employes are very rude. Once I got a cash pas and a lady asked my 1000 questions about that . JCP needs the new young employes instead of these old rude ones.

Excellent quality at a good price point. The Liz Claiborne line is classic, great fit and well made. Place to find home goods. Also the staff is very nice.

So I came here yesterday to purchase one item, and I saw that it was on sale. When I got up to the register I noticed that the sale price didn’t register in the system, reflecting the advertised price. The gentleman that rang me up, asked me to show him the area where I got the item to prove that the item was on sale. Although I disliked the idea of me walking back through a store to show anyone what the advertisement listed, long story short he honored the sale that was advertised. Before I left I asked how often do you guys get shipments? The person assisting me was not able to answer so he contacted his manager or associate, Tanya. He said, “I have a customer here who would like to know when we get shipments?” Tanya responded rudely, “whenever the truck delivers”. Customer service means a lot to me and Tanya lacked good customer service skills, and did not uphold the high standards of JCPenny (JCP). Your delivery is just as important as your choice of words. Training and disciplinary actions are clearly needed at this location. My family have been card holders with JCP for quite sometime now. This experience makes me want to take my money elsewhere.

Sad to see the decline. The fitting room was absolutely foul. No wonder considering it's been weeks since it was checked. All the other fitting rooms closed.

Expected selection and quality of clothing but I was shocked when not one but two dressing rooms were closed. I finally found a wobbly dark dressing room set up at the rear of the store right next to the walkway. It was so dark inside I couldn’t properly judge my outfit. There was a second hunt when it was time to find checkout. I felt like I was walking in circles this visit. Management, please hire enough staff to man your store. This was such a disappointing experience.
