I go in and the black lady at front cashier seemed bothered. She asked me how I was doing. I said I’ve been better. Then she ignored me as I wait for her to take my order. Sometimes people have things going on in their lives, and I just wanted a sandwich. I didn’t need to be judged or asked questions about my life or how I’m doing. And then when I tell the truth and say things could be better. I don’t expect to then be ignored. I’ll never eat at this location ever again. Train your employees to understand that the holidays are hard for some people. And that they don’t need to ignore the people that aren’t in the best mood on Xmas eve.

Service was very average. They did not seem like they wanted to be there. Said barely 3 words to me. I know it is not there fault but I want people look at the reviews to know, they do not make hot subs. Sandwhiches were ok, nothing bad, but nothing great. I do have to say, the signs in the bathroom seem very outdated and not PC for the 21st century. If you know you know....

I’m a big JJs fan and used to eat it all the time when I lived above one in Richmond. I think the sandwiches are delicious, but this is probably the slowest JJs I’ve ever been too, which means it’s normal pace lol. My expectation from other JJs is that it’s super fast, like after you pay you just walk over and get the sandwich, but even when there’s no one in the store besides me it feels slow. Not a big deal but IMO not in line with the JJ brand.

This is the worst sandwich ever only 2 slices of meat , where the rest of my lettuce and I asked for mustard salt and pepper and they gave me packages I was better off going to subway next door or jersey mikes down the road for the amount of money I paid for which I could make a better one at home horrible

I love Jimmy John’s and this location is a good representation of the franchise. The location was clean, the staff were friendly and the sandwiches were great. My only minor complaint is that Jimmy John’s appear to no longer be “Freaky Fast”. I got used to my sandwich being ready by the time I had paid and got my drink. In the last few JJ’s I’ve been in, there is only one person making the sandwiches so it takes longer now. This location is no different. It looked like there was a large “To Go” order being filled at the same time that walk in orders were being made. So while the one poor guy was making sandwiches as fast as he could, it took a while to get our order. That is absolutely not a complaint about the employees, just an observation that there used to be several people making sandwiches at once like a well oiled machine, and now there is one person working very hard. I will eat here again and recommend you do too!Parking: Lack of parking is not a concern at this location.Kid-friendliness: This location is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.

I do not know why but it tastes just right. Since PWC has no real deli anywhere, that is where my family likes Subs from. Music is good inside as you sit and eat. Coke products are served here. Bread is what makes the sub good.

The guy with dread name Malik super rude, first of all I drove a whole 30 min to get to the here on time before you close, I get eye rolling just because you are upset that you want to leave on time. I get there, the chair and tables are up and floor is wet and I have to walk on wet floor making sure I don’t slip. Another customer walk in and you blow your eyes and head around disappointment that you have to take one other person. I don’t even get a hi or thank you. The place close at 9pm not at 8:50pm so next time be patient as you are not the only person that have some place to be

I can’t speak to the food because I was never served. My family walked in, was told they would “be right with us.” Waited. Waited. In walks a white customer and magically they’re no longer busy and take HIS order as I stand there. I left immediately and won’t be back.
