nail shape wasn’t right, gems aren't placed correctly, not filed down on the top enough, THEY DONT DO 3RD FLOWERS!! there gems only. maybe only it was the person but i didn't like the outcome but service was great.

I always pass by this place, and little did I know that it is a gem! I love the atmosphere and the ladies who works here!! Myrna recommended me to try the other establishment for facial/massage. Jenny did my nails and she was very thorough. Affordable pricing compared to other nail salons in the area. I very much enjoyed their services!!! Joy establishments are the best!!

Very nice people but one of the lady’s that was doing my nail was very ruff with me and almost made me bleed other then that everything was good they even gave us free snacks!

Thank you Den! Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, professional, and super attentive. My nails came out perfect — exactly what I asked for, with great attention to detail. The space was clean and relaxing, and they took their time to make sure everything looked flawless. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results. Definitely my new go-to nail spot. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this nail spa for ten years. For the first time I had to wait 40 minutes to be serviced even though I had an appointment. My appointment was for 2:30pm and the nail technician started my nails at 3:10pm. It seems they double booked the appointment. The quality pertaining to how they do nails is good. The quality of customer service could use improvement . Under the previous ownership they served hot Vietnamese coffee which was an added bonus but they no longer serve this under the current ownership. I have two nail technicians who I go to who I think do an excellent job.

I went to Joy Nail & Spa for four years and always had a great experience with Jenny—she’s skilled and friendly. They always offered free water and snacks, which made visits extra nice. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. I only stopped going because I moved out of state. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem. Staff are very friendly and clean spa. Have gone a few times with a great experience, but today they were giving customers pink tulips! Such a sweet touch!

I got pink & white oval shaped nails from Jenny a week ago. She did a great job!! Very happy with how they look. The customer service was great, they have good snacks and drinks, and everyone was very warm and inviting. Thank you!

I received both a pedicure and massage. Both services were excellent. Lucy provided the most therapeutic and relaxing massage I've had in a very long time! She was thorough and responsive to my individual needs. I highly recommend her! Tina also gave me a terrific pedicure. Both ladies were exceptionally friendly! You won't be disappointed!

Run, don’t walk, to this slice of serenity. I booked services with my mother here to celebrate my birthday. Lucy took care of my massage and facial and made my experience absolutely amazing from start to finish. She truly made me feel like the QUEEN I am for my special day, listened to my needs, and helped me get my sparkle back. Jenny handled my mother’s services and I’m told she was absolutely stellar as well. Thank you ladies for the EXCEPTIONAL work…we will be back!!

I recently visited joy nails in Parsippany and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. My mother and I specifically requested extra short nails, expecting the price to reflect the simplicity of the style. Instead, I was shocked to be charged an extra $40 per nail set. I was told the extra charge for the long nail tip.
The pricing felt completely unreasonable, and to make matters worse, the quality didn’t match the cost. When I first sat down I was told that I could not get acrylic. To later find out the nail techs were rushing to a holiday party. The service felt rushed, and the final result wasn’t as polished as I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for fair pricing and attention to detail.

Amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’m a big guy and Sophia, was able to make me feel brand new. Such a comfortable experience. Today was my wife’s birthday, she came with me. Such a good gift. I would highly recommend.
