customer service is okay, bathroom was terrible it smelled so bad and it did not seem like it had been cleaned in a while, it was cleaned strangely and the floor had wet paper towels on it. please ensure that the kohls staff checks up on the restroom regularly because it was disgusting.

I had this problem with two orders, both times they put it ready for pickup and canceled it the next day ready for pickup and the next day they canceled it and the next day ready for pickup, the next day my pickup deadline passed, the manager said I should call customer service. I went to the store twice for nothing, I called customer service and they didn't solve anything and they were very rude

After shopping Kohls last week, I wanted to buy more ladies basics in different colors. Kohls had a good selection of everyday shirts that I was looking for. They also had the dress i saw last week. Good selection and affordable prices and Kohls almost always has a sale/ coupon i can use.

Store apparel was very disorganized due to the sloppy displays, over stuffed clothing racks that were so tight, you could not even pull out a garment to look at because you could not pull it off the rack. Clothing racks sitting in middle of every aisles made it less than minimum width of 36 inches. With racks sitting in aisles, there was no room for regular people, much less a person in a wheelchair or other mobility device to move through. Store was dirty and no associate was working the women's clothing section. To top it off, associate at register was rude and irritated. The Woodbridge Kohl's was a jungle of confusion and I may not even return to use my Kohl's Cash. I used to love shopping at Kohl's, but the store is not the prize shopping experience it was 20 years ago, and I miss that Kohl's store!

Who else hates the new check out lines at Kohls where buying customers and return customers are all in the same lane? And every time I've been there are only two cashiers. Terrible customer service now and the people working there are just as frustrated as the customers.

Kohls is an easy store in which to shop. Not all sizes are available but there is interesting merchandise in which to choose a piece of clothing.

As a woman of color it’s often difficult to find the correct foundation shade. Abby asked the right questions and was knowledgeable about the right products for my skincare needs. She worked through three different brands to help find the best shade for me instead of just suggesting I mix them. She was patient and made good suggestions without being pushy.

I've always liked Kohls, especially for kids clothes and young persons. I went in yo buy some shorts for my niece and nephew. Plus some plaid shirts for my brother. Got everything I wanted. Was in and out within 30 mins.
The sales persons are very pleasant and efficient. Can't ask for more.
