I’m giving one star because I took my son (12 years old) to do his blood test and the tech (Enoch) was unprofessional/ He doesn’t know how to find the vein and blood draw, after trying and not filling the tube, he said he has to poke him again from the other arm to do it again. I was upset and asked him to bring someone who is professional to do the test for my son. We always do my kids and my family blood test in this place and never had have any issues with that.
Finally, I want to thank (Kenia Bonilla) for her professional work and did my son and my blood test with no issues at all.
Note: My son already drank a bottle of water before doing the test.

Made an appointment for 8:15. Arrived when they opened at 7. There was a long line. But, wow, the check in was quick and simple, they got through the line of folks very quickly and kindly. I was called back not soon after I checked in, way before my appointment time. The phlebotomist was kind and gentle and nice to talk to. My husband was also serviced here at the same time and they were so kind and quick and awesome. 10/10 recommend this location!

The Self check in was easy to use, the staff was very pleasant, and I was in and out under 20 minutes. Overall great experience!

I went on a Saturday morning as a "walk in" and the whole process was fine. I walked in at 0730, checked in the kiosk, was called back a few minutes later and was in my car by 0745. Overall, it was a great process.

This is the most unorganized and disgusting place I have ever gone to get labs at. I had to go drop off samples for my sick child and when I got there no type of organization of where to drop off or what to do to drop off samples. I asked receptionist 3 times amd two different people what had to be done and if I needed to double check anything before I left. They just instructed me to sign in and drop it off in the back. When I got to back to drop off they had huge piles of samples everywhere even stuff that had to be refrigerated on a table. They told me to leave my sample there. I have been waiting a week for my child's results which is still sick and waiting to get treatment depending on their results. I had to call to be told that something was missing in the samples so they did not accept them after I asked the front desk staff the day of the drop off if everythingwas correct . I am so upset I have to take another sample and have another week not knowing what is wrong with my child thanks to this unorganized unprofessional staff.

I guess I shouldn't be shocked at the correlation between low scores and racist comments, but it is disappointing. I've been going to the Woodbridge LabCorp for several years, and I'm pleased with the service. While the receptionists are occasionally terse (perhaps because they have to deal with so many entitled fools), the technicians have been typically friendly, sensitive and competent. But I guess we're in the South, and some of these folks won't be happy unless POC bow and shuffle before them. Pathetic.

walked up to the front desk to check in, they said check in at the kiosk so we did at 7:40am. Now it’s 9:06am and we’re still waiting. (currently typing this in while we wait) I checked with the front desk and they said we don’t see you checked in and she took my lab work paper to check us in. Why do they want patients to check in at the kiosk if it doesn’t work? I tried to check in at the front desk when we first arrived and the lady said CHECK IN AT THE KIOSK which I’m 100% sure I did… Completely unacceptable.

I took my son there with the lab order he needed to be fasting for. They did some of the labs, but the lab he was fasting for they did not do it. I even remind them please make sure you do that because he is a kids and it is hard to keep them fasting. Now that I call no one answers. Left the voice message no one replied me. Simply they are extremely careless how can I trust them in labs anymore. And it is in their woodbridge location. With two stars on google reviews based 200+ how can they are still working... and no improvement ???

Great staff who provided amazing customer service. I was in town for business, but had a lab order from my doctor. I checked on the internet for the closest Labcorp near my hotel and this one popped up. I checked to see if there were any appointments available, but there were none. I decided that I would attempt to go as a walk in. When I checked the reviews, they were rated very low. I decided to take a chance. I showed up at approximately 6:45am (they open at 7:00am). The doors opened at 7:01am. I immediately went to the kiosk so I could get myself signed in, but it wasn't working. A staff member placed a sign in sheet out front and had us sign in. I signed in and was called back approximately 10 minutes later. A friendly staff member named Janet drew my blood and I was out by 7:15am. It wasn't crowded at all. I highly recommend this facility.
