I brought an item only to find out that it had definitely been used before. I opened the package and the whole thing is sticky with some substance YUK! I called to let them know about it only to hear their no refund policy. Where in fact I didn't want a refund I just wanted an item that had not been used. The Rep kept saying that they don't sell used products but in this case this item had clearly been used. I didn't open the package at the store before I brought it. I should have. DISCLAIMER: OPEN ALL PACKAGING TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT USED!!! She didn't even offer an apology! Didn't know when the store manager would be there so I could bring the item in. This is sickening! In all my life and all of the adult stores I've been to this has NEVER HAPPENED! I'm dissatisfied and disappointed that I didn't even get to use it let alone not even being offered a chance to have it looked at. I should file a lawsuit against the store. It is reckless and unsafe! GROSS!!! And i paid 2 additional dollars for inflation??Side note: It takes 7 months to get a response from the store is pretty bad. I did called and went into the store and showed the associate the product. She said that she would have to contact the owner which was in Dumfries, VA. Also, said that there was nothing that she could do.

Very nice selection, though not every item seems to be worth the listed price- I blame the manufacturers."JV" (from receipt, i didnt have the confidence to ask his name) was our cashier and he was very nice and thoroughly helpful when asked questions. Admittedly going to an adult store is intimidating; but he was surprisingly, to me at least, approachable ♡Will go again.

The girl Cynthia is so nice & helpful hopefully she’s in when y’all go in she makes you feel so comfortable & gets you what you need . She put me on to 3 amazing toys & honestly i love them i highly recommended to go to le tache when she’s in she’ll get you right ! Thankyou Cynthia .

I usually go to MVC but this was much closer. The person who helped me gave me some good suggestions. Also you can get 10% off if you sign on to their free rewards program, though note it only applies once per day (I added some small items to the end of my order). All in all I had a pleasant experience and I plan to return.

They have a 400% mark up on product. Don't believe me, go in grab the we vibe and have them ring it up (with thir so called added 8% additional charge due to inflation) It's going to come up to $300+ yes! But hold on now don't stop reading just yet. How do I know what the mark up is? After they ring you up they're gonna ask you if you want to purchase the warrenty for this item," In case it malfunctions or gets damaged." Now ask the price of the warrenty. We'll use this same toy the we vibe they are selling for $300. The warrenty cost is $108. Huh. Now go on the products manufactured website and see that the price is 108, go on Amazon $108. The warrenty price is the actual cost of the products in the store. They will give you a convincing story on how buying those same products on Amazon is dangerous due to people reselling items and you don't know. Here's the thing you know Amazon. We all love Amazon. When you buy products you can see who and what company is selling the item. Most likely 99.9999999% of the time that product hasn't seen the outside of a box sense it was first pulled off the assembly line. Dont you think that yeah we should support our local businesses yes absolutely but when it comes to loyalty support and wanting to help out private owners is an earned privilege from local hard working people who deserve to have their fun but not be doing so by lining pockets of business owners who lie and steal from their patrons I could understand paying $175 maybe maybe 185 for convenience but nobody should buy a product at the cost of 3. I'm not saying don't go in see products and the experience of strolling thru isles of strockers and cool gadgets to make us have that ooooh moment. But maybe that's just to confirm that purchase on your Amazon prime and have it to you without debating whether you can get groceries that week cause you just helped a bad business owner not worry about the cost of ther gas for that suv she or he is driving like the rest of us.

8% inflation surcharge. With sales tax that's an extra 14% on your already overpriced purchase. This is why Amazon is making money hand over fist these brick and mortar stores are all going to go by the wayside because nobody wants to take the time to spend all that money and gas to be ripped off further when they get to an establishment they thought they could trust. This is not an establishment you can trust.

I went here for the first time today and OMG! The staff was so helpful! Regardless of what your budget is, you can find something reasonable to buy. I found a complete silicone piece that cost under $20. This store is legit ?

Purchased a product from here and went to open it a few days later and the product inside the box was in an unsealed bag and looks used. Yuck! I Took it back to the store and was told nothing could be done because I didn’t have an in store warranty and the salesperson confirmed that some products are packaged just like this (see pic) in plastic unsealed bags. I don’t understand how this type of product could be sold unsealed. The item looks like it’s been used before. I assume they don’t take returns so I don’t know how this would have happened. If you do buy from here, make sure your box is sealed if your item is in a box. Mine was in a box but I didn’t pay attention to the fact that the box was not sealed. Very disappointing.

Yes love this shop when I'm back home the hit that works on Thursday's is such a big help with finding the right items! I appreciate the above and beyond customer service from this shop!
