There was this wrong price on the product- i asked an employee(latin lady) for price check
She removed the price tag in front on me saying it was wrong- price
I told her they suppose to honor the price
She said: “No, we won’t”
(I had already purchase the product because it was reduced! and would return otherwise)
I asked her to call me her manager
She said: he’ll tell you same thing (no)
-she removed the price tag before her manager could see.
-she shouted to manager: she wants to talk to you, “i already told her no!” - literally shouting to her manager.
I wonder how she knows what her manager will say? There is no chain of command?
Manager tried to fix price for me but he couldn’t do it soon enough and i decided to return it and leave.
Employee was very disrespectful.
I reported her to HQ and got 10 credit, which i didn’t ask for. I think they should train employees to respect customers. I buy from them a lot but
I don’t like to be treated this way.

Lidl it use to be my to go store for a day trip, because of the low prices, but latley I don't need to drive anymore over 1 hour to get low prices, because we have locally a Aldi, which has even better prices 🙃

Came here and complain to Gabe and Jeremy because trying to check out, I didn't see the sign that said you can't pay with cash at the self checkout lines because it was very high and not emphasized. Try to share this with Gabe and he was flippant saying the signs are everywhere. I disagreed and ask for his supervisor Jeremy. He said that they were going to change that I said great. I told him that he needs to tell Gabe how he gets his money. I asked Jeremy did he know how he gets paid. He said ma'am 'I'm not going to play this game with you' I said okay since you don't want to answer my question you get a one-star review. Because without customers you don't have a job.

The cashiers don't even acknowledge your presence when checking out. They seem bothered and only interact to tell you the balance due. The younger cashiers are slightly better.
