The store was clean the personnel friendly, management not so good. I waited several minutes for a return, that they even opened a new register. Being the at the front of the line I was left to be at the back of the line.

Alex, the manager (he wears glasses, A.M. shift) solved my situation (forgot to take my cash return upon leaving) professionally: listened, took proof, investigated, and responded back to Lidl's client.Applauses to Alex, he represented Lidl's more than well ❣️A shining ? employee, Lidl !!!!

I like this Lidl in general and the location is great, however, the entry is frequently littered with trash and debris and there’s been an uptick in aggressive panhandling and requests for groceries. This young girl sat outside with a sign asking for baby supplies and food. Mind you, she was probably not even a teenager. She resides in the townhouses directly next to Lidl and this is a frequent occurrence. There are legitimate places to obtain supplies and rations for families in need, harassing patrons of Lidl should not be one of them. If management could make this a customer friendly experience, more people would shop here. As it stands, the panhandling is making things worse for Lidl customers . The young girl was asked to leave by Lidl staff but refused to do so until the woman who agreed to buy her groceries came out with the goods.

They never have lanes open, only self checkouts. I do not work there to ring myself up not to mention nobody takes shopping carts from lot. What’s next? Unloading their trucks? We have to stop this nonsense. Not shopping there anymore. Get cashiers.

Only one observation which is both positive and negative. As a person with multiple joint replacements which had some tough lead ups and recoveries, I was THRILLED to see motorized carts have been added. <---positive.However, you have to enter the store, go past registers and walk around to exit in order to access. I understand they can seemingly "get in the way" but this is a horrible oversight. <---negative.I'm lucky my situation is not an all my life, just occasional. It sure opened my eyes to those who need these daily.

I used to like lidt but not since they renovated and they have open fridges and freezers all the surrounding walls. It is freezing in there. Watch out not to get a cold in there. You really need your winter coat in that store all year round. Freezing and when I saw the cashier with her winter coat, I asked if I could borrow it, she said this store is the only one with freezing temperatures on the inside. Whoever did the renovations was not an shoppers. It make senses why they can't keep personnel in that stores, every one get sick and leave. Well I can only hope some put doors on those fridges/ freezers or put the heat on inside that store.

I love Lidl. It reminds me of living overseas in Germany, and I think other shoppers also appreciate the European feel the store has to it. Today Lidl was exploding with pumpkin spice everything in every aisle, signaling the office start to fall. I almost picked up some pumpkin spice Kefir, but I don’t love all the sugar the flavored Kefir’s contain.(UPDATE) Some people don’t love how cold it gets down the meat and cheese aisle, but on this hot Labor Day it was a welcome retreat from the heat. Since the temperature has dropped in the last week it feels a lot colder in the store and I noticed employees wearing fleeces today (9/10)A trip to Lidl generally doesn’t allow me to check off everything on my shopping list, but I can get a majority of what I need here. Also, pay attention to prices because not everything is less expensive at Lidl, which tends to carry more brand name items than Aldi.(UPDATE) I bought the enameled cast iron Dutch Oven in the picture today for $24.99 after the $5 rebate with the Lidl app. Pretty excited. They had lots of colors and different sizes when I went, but I’m sure they’ll go fast.

The thing that makes me go to Lidl is quite simply the fresh baked baguettes, pastries and rolls! They are amazing! Prices are good as well, and the people are helpful and friendly. I give it 5 stars just for having a Bakery that know what their doing.

This has got to be the coldest store or building I have ever been inside of in my life. Bring something warm.Otherwise, everything is great, although something the app will say they have an item in store & it is not there. Sometimes they run out of items for a few days or more.

Great prices! I love their affordable garden section. Fresh produce. You can also find other household items you typically don't find in most grocery stores like patio chairs, land scaping items etc
