Yesterday I bought my Tahoe in for an oil change. When I brought it in one of the service guys said I was overdue for additional services. I agreed to have these additional services performed but there was no mention of how much it would cost. Granted, I should have asked but I assumed if the cost was going to be substantially more than my $130 oil change it would have been approved prior to the work being performed.So when the work was done you can imagine my shock when my $130 oil change turned into nearly a $750 bill. Had I known it would cost that much I would have passed since I honestly couldn't afford to pay that much money. The service department was kind enough to knock off $200 from the bill which I am grateful for but even at almost $550 it was three times what I was expecting to pay when I came into the shop today. I was also overcharged for my oil change.I will have to find another place to service my vehicle after my experience today. I hope things like this won't happen to your other customers.Andrew

Jancarlos did an exceptional job and showing us around and showing us every possible vehicle to get. He was extremely professional and gave great customer service to me and my boyfriend. We were able to find the best truck to our fit and leave very happy with a new vehicle.

I do not recommend Lindsay Chevrolet. My husband spoke to a salesman & got pre approved for a truck on the lot, told him he was 3 hours away to pick up the truck & finalize everything, as there was not an option for him to do this over the phone. The salesman said he would be waiting on him. He drove 3 hours & was told once he got there that it sold a few minutes before. No one had the decency to call & tell him or anything. I understand first come first serve, but knowing that my husband took a day off work & away from his family to drive that far & knew he was going to get the truck & it be sold MINUTES before, is completely wrong. We've worked with many dealerships before and never had this problem or have been treated this way.

If you need a car you HAVE to go see Mae at Lindsey Chevy! She is the best and fights for her customers til they get what they want! She puts in the long hours and the effort to get you the best possible deal!!! Absolutely amazing!!! ( this was our second car purchase from Chevy in 1 year) and then a week later we went back and got another car! So here’s a picture of “his and her” cars!!!!!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this calls for one.Me and my husband went to buy a vehicle early December. We needed something bigger since we are constantly moving and our family is getting bigger. Everything went smoothly until it didn’t. Our salesman acted very helpful however I’ve never been somewhere where I have to call my loan company myself to get all the numbers to give to them, but I did. Gave them the 14 day payoff statement and then now it’s been almost 3 weeks later and come to find out my car hasn’t even been paid off and now it will affect my credit. Contacted my salesman he said sorry, either call or come in he doesn’t know how to help. Called the dealership in afternoon looking for answers had to leave a voicemail, and never received a call back even though the payment is set to come out tonight at midnight and I don’t even own the car anymore. Soon as we signed the papers for buying the car he constantly pressured us in leaving him a review on not one, not two but 3-4 review and not just asking us to do it together but when I walked away also made my husband do yet another 3-4 reviews before he could come help me transfer our stuff to our new car. After buying the car Chevy sent it off to get the leather interior done, when we got it back it looked as if seat covers were just zipped onto it and was not professional at all. Again the salesman we had made me handle this issue and contact the “leather man”, it is pending currently on being redone so I will update my review of on how that experience turns out. Overall I’m not happy with my experience and as much as we have to pay for cars these days you’d think their would be some more incentive for people to do things right and help.

We purchased a fabulous vehicle at Lindsay. Our salesman was very professional and well informed on our Chevy, thank you Selom. We were prepared for the in-house financing tactics finance uses, based on other reviews posted. *I’m glad others had expressed this. We are very firm on who we finance with, and ultimately we financed with our preferred lender for the price listed and no additional fees. Though this did take time, and patience with their many angles they’ll apply. (Their website does have low prices listed, they’ll say it’s for in house financing and rebates when using their lenders, but there is nothing in fine print to legally bind that claim. This was not our first rodeo- stay well informed and patient.) We understand the in-house financing their model is built on could benefit those whom don’t have a preferred lender or secured financing, but when you have a buyer whom has secured their funding with a check in hand, please allow the customer to do that instead of 2 hours of back and forth. The buyers’ experience would be even more elevated. I’m glad we were able to communicate in the end, since we were aware of these tactics prior to test driving. We do greatly appreciate all the staff at Lindsay. They are very warm and professional, answered all questions and were patient with us even after purchasing. Thank you. We do love our Chevy!

Had my 2021 Chevy Tahoe serviced. My advisor was Mike. Very knowledgeable considering I went because of a sizzling sound, knew right away what I was talking about, got my tires and oil change… very friendly and patient when explaining to make sure I was good. I've been to Lindsay several times over the years. Really enjoyed working with Patrick in the service department! He does a great job at providing updates and breaking down what is and is not required so I can plan for some of the more expensive maintenance work!

DON'T FALL FOR INTERNET PRICE, ITS A SCAM!!!!! completed application on line, pre-approved and gave me a total I was suppose to put down and finance, i was looking to put 20K down, I arrive at the dealership and meet with salesperson and manager, Manager told me internet price was wrong and I was to paid 20K over the internet price!!!! made it sound like if I alter the number online and came up with the total!!!!! my response to that accusation was " how did I alter the numbers on your website? what a ridiculous accusation!!!! SO BE CAREFUL, IF YOU DO THE ONLINE PAPERWORK, BE AWARE, IT'S NOT THE REAL NUMBER!!!!!!!!!

I went to the dealer today around 7:30 since I had gone a few days before and already had a deal, but I decided to return because they insisted so much for a week. Today when I arrived I liked a car, and I wanted to see what they could offer me. Shaun arrived. and he told me that he will grab a small car or a different car! Literally he was Choosing the car, I told him no because i already had the one I liked, very bad attitude, he simply told me then You can go, he closed the folder with my papers and told me that I could go, I stayed with my mother and my brother, surprised at how he treated us, the man only sent us home, too bad because it is not the first time we have already bought and I have already bought cars there, I don't know how this kind of people can have a position as such if He is like a manager, how he can be a manager Sendíng the customer to home with that haughty attitude a im sad because the dealer lost my sell I am disappointed with the place and if I go to the dealer it is to bring something in the best way to feel happy I was so excited but sadly They sent me home in a way that is not professional. I imagine he already wanted to go home. Oh, I don't understand, but I don't recommend going to this dealer and I won't do it anymore since, as I said before, I had never had this experience before.!!! Bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our salesman Anthony was incredible during our buying experience. We knew what we wanted, and Anthony spent multiple days researching to find us our dream Tahoe!! When we found out there was a delay in the transit of the Tahoe to the dealership, Anthony worked with us to find possible alternate solutions or options. He was thorough, honest, and very kind. Everything worked out as planned, as the Tahoe showed up at the dealership unexpectedly, and Anthony reached out to us immediately. We live almost 1.5 hours away, but will definitely come back to Lindsay to buy our next car. We HIGHLY recommend Anthony and Lindsay Chevrolet!!!
