This is only my second time being at this nail salon and both times my experience was amazing I had such great service 10/10 and would recommend it if you live in the Woodbridge VA area.

First time going to this nail place, and I love it! They were so kind and gentle with my nails. And she even stayed a little bit longer even though it was closing already. 10/10 would go again!

I had an amazing experience at Matrix Nails in Woodbridge. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely talented. My nail technician did an outstanding job on my mani/pedi. The attention to detail and care taken was very impressive and much appreciated.
The salon itself was clean, modern, and cozy. I loved the relaxing atmosphere and music.
I'm so happy with my nails - they look and feel fantastic! I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait to come back.
I would highly recommend matrix nails for exceptional service, quality, and value. Thank you!! 10/10 stars!!

It’s my first time here. They underwent changes in new management and staff a few months ago. I’m very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. The nail techs are welcoming and friendly. I was debating between gel vs powder and happy that I took their recommendation to go with powder.

I used to like this place back in 2011-2013 when I first lived in Woodbridge area. When I moved back here in 2020 I noticed that quality of service went down and prices went up quite a bit. One day I got a pedi done with paraffin bath, next time I come in and ask for the same service, they don't do it and when asked, tell me it is extra now. I never use nail polish on my feet and one time they use just buffing nail file, but when I come in next time, they tell me it is extra $5 (!?!), wth?? And they also only take tips in cash or venmo and add this "processing fee" on top of the service price. Disappointed.

I got a gel manicure and it only lasted 5 days before it started peeling. They also didn't soak off my previous tips, instead they ripped them off and damaged my nail. I will not be returning.

THE RESPONSE BELOW IS A LIE! I have never come in the morning I always come in the afternoon!!! *** WOW! They lie too! This place doesn’t have anyone working… Told no too many times and only one person there. Don’t bother! I came in and no one was has ever been at the reception desk. There is one guy there I always see and I go in and he always tells me you’re too busy. Yet he is the only one with a customer there is no one else in the whole place that I can see and if there are 2 people there at all times there was no reason for me to be told you were too busy! Don’t tell me it’s the wrong place now because it’s definitely the right place.

Poor service! As the last customer said they turn people away all the time. I was getting my pedicure done and a lady walked in and asked if she could have a pedicure done and he told her they were too busy. I was the only one in the store. There were a bunch of people up front but those people were his family. Not the way you do business!?? I won’t be back!Service: Nail art

Place was dark and cluttered. Nail tech did a terrible job on my nails but a pretty good job on my feet and toenails.

Staff were very sweet which is why I am giving a three star but service-wise I would have to give it a solid two.The nails as can be been in the pictures, came out very chunky and lumpy, especially toward the tips.The work felt very rushed as they kept accepting people with only two designated nail techs.Also Noteworthy takeaway, Not the most sanitary of places, there was a claw beetle crawling around a work station. And the towel being worked over needed a major deep cleaning.Overall not satisfied.Service: Gel manicures
