Purchased a demo sale mattress and employee screwed up delivery dates then sold our paid mattress to another customer a week later. We located another mattress at a higher cost then o. Delivery the delivery team damaged our ceiling. Delivery men were rude. Mattress firm refused to correct the damage. We are going elsewhere in the future. This is our second disappoint me t with mattress firm in 2 years.

We just purchased a second bed from this location. This one is for our daughter. We came back to this store because the customer service is excellent and they really work to find the best bed for you regardless of the cost.
Donna was helping out at that store and was excellent to work with. She took her time and showed us several options to make sure our daughter got the perfect bed for her.
