Avoid this location. The rudest ladies work here. Soon as I walked in and explained my issue they were already giving me an attitude, after trying to clarify if I would be charged $25 to get my number on the phone again, she and the other coworker that was playing on her phone gave each other an “eyebrow raise look” in the middle of me making sure I will not be charged for this. The other lady snapped at me with an attitude and asked “what you want us to do will cost you $25”. I explained the last 4 times this has happened over the months that I was NEVER charged anything to get my number back. She told me I was wrong because “she works there” and started to get even more argumentative at my confusion. I’ve always had issues every time I walked in to this location, these ladies should not be working this job if they do not have the compassion and customer service skills that it takes to ensure a customers concerns are met with respect and professionalism. Nor being told I’m wrong because I do not work for the company. They will charge you money for an issue they caused to begin with on top of a very very nasty and disrespectful attitude. STAY FAR AWAY!!

I went into this location to swap a PHP phone for a damaged one and to buy a case and screen protector. The transaction was smooth. No issues. I get a text message alert today letting me know I've reached my data limit for the month. I'm supposed to have unlimited data. I go to check my Account and that's when I realized my plan had been changed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!! Unbeknownst to the agent, the plan that was on both of my lines was the result of a previous incident where an agent at another location added a line without my consent. CRAMMING is a serious offense. I have already filed a complaint with the FCC.

In this place the workers buy phone cases online for $1 and sell them for $15 or for $20, they are scammers
Also in that place they hire people with false papers. I demand that they do a check and investigate for selling unauthorized products in the store.
