If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional management and staff (one white woman and one hispanic little girl). Had my car there for four days and received no service. Was told they had no techs working. They stole the tire I came with to be serviced after telling them I was gonna pick it up to have it serviced elsewhere. After asking them why I received no communication in regards to this, I was told the phone lines were broken. They couldn’t have emailed me? Was also told I was gonna receive a call from upper management through their broken phone line. Take your car literally anywhere else!!!

This place is fantastic! We had an issue and they promptly checked out our car thoroughly and got us back on our way.The lady out front was very kind and sweet with my 2 daughters. I recently had my Front Brakes & Rotors replaced on Tuesday July 11, 2023 & Emily the Lasy Shop Mgr was Awesome!!! Very friendly & Helpful, giving me 2 Discounts right away on the Repair order!!! And Techniction did the job very Quickly & Efficiently in just little over an hour!!! Would definitely Recommend this Midas location!!! Thanks

Midas on route 1in Woodbridge Virginia, has serviced my vehicles for at least 15 years. The shop managers (Emily and Aaron) will work with you to find the best price and payment options. The mechanic technicians, are very good and skilled in their profession. Not once, have I ever taken my vehicles back for a ' do over', they got it right the first time. I am very happy with Midas and with all of the automative services, I received over the many years.

The staff there was amazing I actually been going there for over a year now. There isn’t another place that I trust along route1 than these guys. There technicians get you in and out especially when it comes to oil changes and there wonderful manager there will definitely keep it real with you but also she is very helpful and knows her craft.
