I’ve been using this storage site off and on for YEARS and one thing I can say is you truly feel like family as soon as you step through the door. Not only is the site always clean & sanitized but the staff are always patrolling which allows for guaranteed safety of your items plus availability for help or questions when needed. 10/10 - would highly recommend.

Absolutely zero the rudeness from a lady front desk also some man randomly knock on a unlock storage door knowing I'm in the unit looking my private area invading my privacy we were alone I feel very violated I want the higher up to inspect this place see why so much hatred I just moved in this storage no rule book was to giving day 3 I'm locked out all my clothes as a woman its unsanitary to be in same clothes for days. This the pain I'm going threw I lost my gpa last week and now trying to keep it together when that lady open the door with rage I'm in debrief after only 3days paying my money I'm instantly being treated inhumane. This goes against privacy act law and consumer Law the fair act. This is in fact discrimination and harassing. I want a full refund and a rental truck to move my stuff unexpectedly due to she threatening to kick me out 3 to 7 days and I have to be out of town this so inconvenient.

My mother rented a unit at Mini U so I decided to take advantage of the one month free special. What made a world of difference was the free truck rental. That truly was an added bonus. Especially since this would be a very short term.
Was greeted with warm friendly smiles when I walked through the door. Candace and Joe made me feel more like family than a customer. Joe took me to visit the exact unit I would be renting.
Registration and paperwork was seamless. Candace thoroughly explained everything in detail. Even went through all available discounts I may have been eligible.
If you are looking for a clean facility or professional friendly staff, look no further. Fill out the rental availability form. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had 2 storage units here for 3 years or so and I love the customer service and respect i receive every time I come into the office. Miss Candace is very knowledgeable and worked with me to find one unit that will hopefully fit our needs and save us money. I highly recommend this business.

Mini U on Smoketown Rd., Woodbridge Va Is horrible. Apparently, if you buy an auction unit from them and remove one of the shelves that does not say mini u property they will charge you your deposit fee. Even though the directions for customers and clients say do not remove shelves, there is nothing in there that pertains to auction buyers. The front desk lady will not have enough courtesy to let you know do not take them. And apparently the vice president of the company Michelle says too bad. It’s in the fine print. What great customer service I hope the president or corporate sees this message and maybe can give her some training on customer service. Although the 20-year-old shelf might be worth five bucks. It cost me my $100 cleaning deposit. Thank you mini u I hope my $100 mistake will not cost anyone else in the future. Beware this company is out to get every dollar they can.

When I made the decsion to move back home to reaet I had to find a place to put my stuff. Candace was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She helped me with figuring out the size I needed and the best place to buy a lock. When I moved in she explained the process so seemingly it felt like I was talking to family. The team made a hard decsion so easy and it took of so much stress. I really enjoy this team.

I had business with mrs.Candace in the office, and they were very helpful and understanding on what I needed and even made suggestions on the unit I would need. The facility is very clean, the employees were super helpful and very polite that English is not my first language. This has made the transition very easy in the stuff aspect of the move I’m going through.

the facility the smoke town Road is convenient. Make it easy to access storage is very clean. I also have a good experience with the people that works there. They’re very friendly considerate.thank so much they are very friendly!

I am never deal with them again she end my storage contact for no reason and I felt rasict vibe from her, she said I came in with a hostile attitude lol I was upset with them for open my storage unit with no permission and clearly made up a fake policy just because she felt like it
I hope they shut this place down in the near future.

Love Candice and Joe. I have been at this storage building for 12 years. I have had no problems. They're very professional, a very clean Facility, I love there honesty. They keep me informed if there any changes that may occur. The prices are great. Never heard or seend any bad things happen at the facility. I do trust them with my stuff. Thank you so much.

I have used this facility twice in the past two years and had a great experience both times. The couple that manage the place are ver nice. The place is safe and clean, the bathroom is always clean. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The lady in front, a blonde with tattoos, is a big racist. We were ready to fill out the paperwork for the storage unit but she told us that we needed more information and a bigger storage unit when previously the other lady had already shown us everything. The blonde arrived and gave a tough character not only to us but to her co-worker! What a bad customer service and a bad way to treat your own co-worker! I don't recommend it!
