Terrible customer service. I was shopping today minding my own business and then i heard yelling coming from the front of the store and i saw it was some young female worker arguing with an elderly women just because she asked to check the price on a stuffed toy.

erm so i’ve been shopping here for awhile… but this week, the manager has been such a bully to customers, young and old :( she snatched a toy from a young girl the other day and kicked her out the store, broke my heart

sooo i witnessed the manager yelling and fussing at customers for no reason at all, it was my first time there, i will NOT be coming back! she also has poor hygiene and smelled pretty bad, bring a mask if you shop here

i called the store yesterday and why did the manager yell at me and call me all types of profanity, i only asked about their products and she swore on her life she would hurt me if i ever came to the store

Super friendly workers, particularly the manager!! You could see a clear connection between management, staff, and customers. I’ve never shopped at a store with such caring staff, and I will be coming here for all my cutesy plushies and other goods thus forward ❤️❤️

the worker with glasses harassed me and children for having “cheap clothes” only because i was trying to buy a gift for my nephew with down syndrome :( it caused me to break down in the mall i had to leave the whole building i won’t be back here again
